absolutely the biggest piles of junk ive ever wasted money on.. then when you call tech you get some nim rod on the phone thats disrespectful and has absolutely no idea what he is even talking about then has the audacity to ask you well what would you do to fix the problem?? who asks the customer this?? please tell me how this is professional?? id love to know.. will not ever use this junk agin..

i finally got through after weeks of trying this is how call the main number and press 0 and you get real people forget that P.O.S automated system

I returned a boss aufio cd player to the company as instructed. I received it back from the company stating the repairs were made. I just went to have it put and they told me nothing was fixed. I will never purchase anything Boss again. Now I cannot get anyone to return my phone call.
