My phone has black blacklisted for no reason I have my PIN number my bill is up to date and they will not let me reactivate it for no clear reason I've been to 3 Boost Mobile stores including the one I purchased the phone at with no help very rude people with no customer service

I have a plan and went out of state.. Since i got to wyoming headimg to idaho. Cant even call customer care.

I went to the Boost mobile store today to switch my service from metro pcs to boost. Worst mistake ever. I was told that i had to pay the first months bill.that was fine.then comes the activation fee.I was charged $45.00. Knowing that something was wrong with the total I went home and called the same store 9501 Blueridge and ask the next shift what is the activation fees and to swich over and she replied $25.00.she did not know that I was the same customer that they had just over charged. Something has to be done about customer being scammed. I didn't deserve that.I was just trying to get fare service. Every customer care boost I call gives me a answering machine. I will like to speak with management concerned this matter. My mobile .please be fare and help stop misusing customers. Thank you a unhappy customer!

This phone number for customer service is worthless. 888-266-7848. The first question it asks is if you or someone in you household is over 50 years old and it makes you answer the question. Then it states that I have one a free medical alert device. I declined it thru the menu options. Then it states that I won a cruise and to press 1 to accept the cruise. I don't want a cruise. I want to talk to customer service regarding my boost mobile cell phone. Since I didn't accept the cruise it disconnects me. Very poor customer service.

On Nov.25,2016 someone went into your local store and used my card ending in 7237 and they put a phone in my name and when my bank tried to get my money back they wouldn't put it back so my bank is getting to take charge if something anit done all I want is my money back I don't have service with y'all and when I went up to the store the lady told me y'all know she couldn't give the money back and y'all know that and she said its just crazy what y'all is doing and my card was changed $118.86 and this is the ticket

Boost Mobile is the worst possible choice you could make in choosing a cellular provider! I have stuck with these morons for nearly 5 years and regret my laziness and cheapness to the Nth degree! These people - SPRINT included - have got to be the most moronuc imbeciles I have ever had to deal with! They have repeatedly robbed me blind and I have had to fight with them every month for the last two years to replace money stolen from my account! I have had my fill of this GARBAGE company - and in a few days when my bill is next due - I WILL BE CHANGING MY SERVICE TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

I m a customer n have been for years I was due for n upgrade n went to a boost close to where we moved at n it was for my children who wanted the upgrade but I have had upgrades before n never had a problem or had to pay for it I was wondering why I had to pay a reactaviton fee when my phone was already active that makes no sense to me I need an answer..

I have been with boost for 10 + years and my wife 7.Between the both of us we have bought nearly 30 phones.My last phone which is not working right now has issues.last week Ifinally talked to a human at boost after waiting nearly 1 hour on phone.I bought an sj3 approximately 3 weeks ago and everyone I talk to cannot hear me. The last time I charged it when I turned a flash of color went across the screen.Needless to say I have no phone.i phone an old one Ihad and activated for now.the lady I talked said stand by we would have 3way conversation with Samsung which never she never stayed on line.the not I called Samsung they said they would repair or replace it.I don't have time for it neither do I want a repaired phone.I paid for new one and that's what I should get.What I would like is the iPhone.I think I have owned every phone you have.As it stands right now if I don't get satisfaction by Wednesday we will have to end our service with you.thank you

My name is bobby ricky. I went to the boost store in newbedford mass on pleasant street. Looking for an upgrade they sold me a $150 low quality phone and bought my old phone (4 monthes old) for $30 and put towards bill. Once found out new phone was NOT an upgrade but a down grade went in and tried to get old phone back and could NOT. They sold me another for $75 more and told me be delievered dec 21. Its now dec 24 and no phone. No help. And im leaning towards the store just stole from me. They are always smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. Bumbs sleeping on floor. Its a homeless hang out and i regret going to this store. Pls help so i do not have to file claim at courthouse. Lets resolve this calmy please. Thank you and look forward to your reply

Today i had the worst experience ever with boost. I decided to switch my service back to boost. After 2 hrs of being in the store trying to find a representative that knew how to switch my number and my sons number to our new phone we were bpth told that it was impossible and we would lose both numbers so after 2 hrs i agreed to the number change just to be able to leave and return to work. 10minutes after leaving the store both phone quit working.so i had to return only to find out that my sons number was attached to my phone and i was told to keep that number and use it i explained that i did not want that number and asked to speak to a supervisor after 10 minutes on hold i was told no supervisor was available. Finally after 6 hrs of dealing with complete bs the owner of the store came by the way the store was awesome my trouble was with customer service only. He was able to fix the problem in 10 minutes.

Boost mobile sucks they stole my money off of my card and then told me there was nothing that they can do about it i paid my bill and was told they didn't receive the payment but the money was deducted from my account and my bank confirmed that my money was sent to boost mobile and that the payment was made. there representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional and i will never ever do business with them again they are the worst mobile company i have ever had the displeasure doing business with they are janky thieves do not i repeat do not use the phone service they robbed me of my money!
