I have been boost customer for over 10 years. Your service has been gradually deteriorating over the last 2 years. I want to change to a new phone. Which I have. I have tried to call your service line 4z now and I either wait in the line for at least 45 minutes or you do not answer. Not answering your customer service line should be unacceptable to you as a company but evidently your company does not care. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
Mobile support sucks among Deaf Customers. They don't return phone calls in an accessible manner and Boost calls our cell phones that we can't answer because we're not deaf. They need to somehow train these folks and add selections like IPRelay, Video Relay, TTY, texting only selections when asking us to pick a method of return contact. Meanwhile, we don't get the same service as hearing folks. The phone assistant kept getting angry and annoyed. They need to hire people who are calm and patient because dealing with deaf people online is no piece of cake. The call is time-consuming and slow, unfortunately.
I would like to know how am I suppose to enjoy your service when I am now paying my bill for the first time after switching and my line is saying service suspended!!! I can't even make a call to my daughter. I keep More money and they keep saying negative balance it went from 000 balance then it went to saying -2.00
Then when to -4.00 the more I add, the service still won't come on and this is my first time please don't let me regret this because this phone is for my daughter and today is her birthday the phone won't work
Boost mobile customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They really need to get rid of the non American because they are so rude. I wonder if these companies realize that if everyone together and stopped using their services that the whole business would fall. That is with any company. We are paying these people to treat us bad.
I have not been getting the 4G that is in my plan. I was compensated for only one month and was told the issue would be resolved but it hasn't and all I need now is an extension of service until 12/22 but am not getting any cooperation and I took a pic of the 3G symbol in my cell but the agent didn't care.

I take my business somewhere else, and your companies email me for ninty days about how they want me back and how they could upgrade and cut reconnection fee's. I have reported my phone lost or stollen 3 months ago..my card that i used to set this account up years ago is steel being charged. I try to ask about it and i get nowhere .. My phone # not reconized. Help. I cant afford to keep paying for something i dont have. If my card gets charged again.im going to have to insest all last 4 payments be put back o my card.
Boost mobile in Sprint has the worst network service I ever had with a phone company they charge you for stuff you can't use enter net always down you lose service all the time I will warn any not to get this trash it's the worst phone companies I ever dealt with I'm just trying to save you a headache
hey gys im a boost mobile person and i call the nmber to simply try to get help and pay my bill and it say s im a sprint person contact the nmber my service provider gave and cuts off i just wanna pay and be able to get texting on my phone i didnt wanna loose my money the goverment screws me out of anyways since i dont have my cell for quicker contact please helpme i am 3 hours away from friends and family here de to a very bad accident of getting hit and flying 70 feet off a motorcycle into an electric pole breaking it with my head doctors tried to get my mom to pull the plug on me pleaseplease help
I was charged 3 times in one month for my cell phone bill $47.75 3 times which was taken off my credit card when calling booth mobile they told me that my money would not be returned to my credit card until 10 days later I am leaving Boost Mobile as a customer and I am telling all my friends about this horrible experience so they don't join Boost Mobile I'll never use this company again
