I am a user of BlackBerry Q5, I was totally obsessed by BlackBerry phones but now the reality is something else, I purchased it on 25th Aug'13. Within just 2 n half month it's speaker is giving cracking sound, charger is finished, it hangs when u download anything, My craze for BlackBerry is almost finish. I am too disappointed by this phone. Kindly change it.

my blackberry torch isn't working because my aunt disturbed the update of the phone. now every time i open the phone the message App Error 200 keeps coming out?? how do i fix this plssss help me!!!!???

I have a blackberry 9360 and all of a sudden it has not been working properly. I cannot update my phone. Every time i try, it updates till it get to "Backing up "Social Feeds" and a message pops up saying Blackberry Desktop Software failed to install your device software. The device was disconnected. Also my phone keeps restarting itself and kills the battery by doing so. I do not know what to do.

Hi I've had this blackberry for 2 yrs,I have to say the broadband is rubbish continosly bugfers,closes down,prolonged passivity while online in a nutshell your rightly maligned product has cost me thousands I intend to smash this phone against the wall when I buy my samsung and I swear to you on my mothers life I will never buy ues or recommend ur product again 50 billion you wrte worth 5 yrs ago yet you sold up for 3 billion I'm still scatching my head too ser how u could let this disaster happen erm yesi can actually

I have given my BB Bold to hcl service center at Tej Kumar Plaza in lucknow. It has been over a month and every time i go there they say it has gone for repairs.Request all friends never to buy any Black Berry phone as i am suffering. And the set is only # months old. Guys if you are going for a new phone please please do not buy any BB phone.

I have asked poorivka if they can give back rectified on the same day, Technician Name Mr. D. Tamil and others at the showroom assured to give on the same day evening (19/05/2013).



When I called at 7.00 pm on 19/05/2013, I have been informed by your technician Mr. D. Tamil that the problem is not fixed it will be ready by next day 20/05/2013.



On 20/05/2013 around 11.30 I received call from your above technical person saying it take 2 more days to fix the problem. I requested him to return same as it is so that I will go and fix the problem in any authorized Blackberry service outlets at chennai. He assured me to give on 21/05/2013 without fail.



As your aware that Blackberry is mainly used by Working professional for Email Communication and I have been registered with Factory Email ID so as to reply our company International customers immediately. I am pressurized and in mental agony with work load for not catching up email due to non-availability of the device which is under service in your esteemed concern.



On (21/05/2013) I was not answered to my call even after several attempts and I myself traced new Ambur Poorvika No and when I called I received a reply from other service person that Mr. Tamil has gone for meeting and I have not proper response. I asked them to give atleast a standby. No response.......



Today (22/05/2013) after my several attempts to calls, I got an info that my device is at Chennai Service Center and once they complete the trouble shoot they will send the device through courier. And even they added that it has been flash ( at time of handing over my device I particularly asked your technical person that should I take back up. He replied it is only charging connector problem no need of it). Now all communication datas are completely damaged. How I should retrieve them back?



What sort of answer I should give to my international customer..... since I don't have standby device to reply them spontaneously....



What sort of Service Poorvika provide to customer where the showroom is newly opened at Ambur Town......



PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROPER TECHNICAL PERSON DO NOT OPT FOR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER.



Also my device given is not for experiment at your service center I have given for only problem which needs to fixed....



Please do not under-estimate technicality of the product......



Give proper response to your valuable customer. Because if you people don't care of them, for sure your competitor will take care......



When can I get my device back?

My Blackberry Curve 8520 refused to charge on 16th April & since my phone was within warranty & since the phone was purchased in another city, I checked the Blackberry India website for details of their authorized service center in Guwahati, Assam which according to the website was Redington India. I accordingly rang up the given contact no. & was surprised to be told that they, Redington, were no longer associated with Blackberry!They were unaware as to what alternative arrangement BB had in place. I immediately sent an urgent e mail to BB asking 1)why the website was carrying wrong information & b) which was their actual service center in Guwahati & it's contact details. I received an auto generated response that they would shortly revert. This did not happen. Since it is impossible to carry on with a dead phone, I went across to what i knew to be an authorized dealership & was told that they themselves had ceased to be an authorized dealer because of numerous quality complaints, particularly in the Curve series of phones & shoddy after sales service because of which they (the dealer) were having to face consumer ire! Out of desperation, I asked the ex-dealer to check out the phone. The ex-dealer kindly agreed to do so but did remind me that if he had the phone opened up, warranty would be invalid.Seeing the way the Blackberry coockie was crumbling, I had no alternative but to ask him to go ahead. I did send another mail to BB expressing my shock at the turn of events & finally, 9 hours later a reply finally arrived! The mail asked me to get in touch with the service provider (meaningless in the Indian context) or with the vendor ( again meaningless for me as the phone was purchased in another city). The mail was strangely silent on my original queries! No apology for carrying misinformation on their website & totally silent on the matter of their authorized service center in Guwahati. I sent back a reply saying that if this was the way they treat customers in one of the fastest growing Tier 1 cities in India, I can only wish them good luck as far as their ambitions in India are concerned. To which of course there was no response from BB! Nearly a month later, I again checked the Blackberry website out of morbid curiosity & was amused to see it still showing Redington as their authorized service center in Guwahati! Way to go, Research In Motion! All the best for your India Story!!

I deleted my bbm not long ago and I now want it back, my friend told me to do an application wipe, so I did and I now do not have app world or blackberry messenger or internet, how do I get this all back?

i have a 9790 bold i cant send are receive pics. when i go to app world the phone redirects me to bb protect to sign in .when i sign in it tells me i must sign in with the username for the device .

I have a Blackberry 9300 and the scroll button was messing around, took the phone in, a month later the scroll is moving all over, the phone started switching off and when I tried to charge it the whole charging block moved. Took it in for repairs now for the second time, was told to fetch my broken phone as it is beyond economical repair, and the contract is within the one year period. I must pay another year for a broken phone. What can I do as Cell C refuses to replace my phone.

I have to Blackberry Curve phones and both are not working. The batteries are crappy and I have had to replace it twice...one in December 2012 and March 2013. The company is saying that they do not guarantee the assessories (batteries) but they have Blackberry's name on the battery. The battery cost $40+ tax and do not last three months. Something is wrong here! I am going to get to the bottom of this.

An I've prooved that too when am using another phone I can receive them

There is no support for my blackberry. Been trying now for a month to get my email back, and nothing. Tried the store who tells me to contact Blackberry who tells me to contact the store again. My iPhone has an issue, I call-Done!! I was going to get the blackberry 10- but have decided to go with an iPhone for my second phone. Thanks Blackberry for letting me a faithful customer all these years only to push me to apple!!

i have two blackberry phones both on cellc network.both phones blackberry services not active.my blackberry services suddenly stop about two weeks ago. i made many call to cellc customer services to solve my problem.every time thy reply that thy send my problem to the blackberry rim.cellc can not solve my problem.could someone please advice me what to do.

I have tried to get help but your site will not allow an ordinary person to call in, it says contact us, but none of the options make sense. the battery on the new z10 sucks, will not hold a charge, i just brought it and want someone to fix it and soon.

Oh heaven forbid! I purchased a Blackberry 8520 last year December (second hand) and I expected it to blow my mind, but all it did was fuel my already bad temper. The thing already had someone else's' account on it and I couldn't remove it. Looked everywhere for answers but Blackberry was USELESS. I finally did a master reset and things seemed a bit better. Up until I found, unlike Nokia, I can't just download games anywhere, only at app store (which is a total waste of time as the games suck!). When I tried to insert a brand NEW memory card it wiped it (figured it was something with the format or firewall) but later, every time I tried to sync it with my laptop it would completely wipe it again. What's the use of a 4 gig memory card and uncapped internet if it keeps doing that? And now my facebook app doesn't want to delete so I can try reinstall it and I refuse to do another master reset! And the start-up time is ridiculous! Every other phone starts right up but for some or another reason blackberry takes an eternity! Pathetic! And then you try use internet, which conveniently doesn't work and you have to restart it again. As for bluetooth connection to my laptop. NIGHTMARE! I've spent hours on the internet with a consultant trying to connect my Blackberry like that and with a USB cable to the internet. It wasn't supposed to surprise but yet again it didn't work!
Now I know these problems are minor in compared to what other people have gone through but the message stays the same- provide better products!
It is my first time using the phone and because it is second hand I will remain patient but if anybody knows of a good Blackberry that works better lemme know. I'd purchase a blackberry if the start-up time was say a few seconds and that stupid delay wasn't there and would consider purchasing if we are allowed freedom of choice e.g downloading games anywhere.

Lastly- try be more interactive with your customers and supply an email adress.

I had the phone for 18 months when the problems started, first the camera stopped working, then video, now the screen is blank, can't even find customer care email to let them know that they've succeeded in convincing me to switch to a smarter smart phone. The service provider simply stated that the warranty period was over, too bad!

Calling blackberry for replacement of parts is silly as blackberry support DOES NOT deal with selling or providing the product directly. You purchased the phone from where? Bestbuy? AT&T? Verizon? CALL THEM. THEY sold it to you, therefore they are the ones to deal with.

Thanks Blackberry. I sent my phone in for a small software problem and you fried the motherboard on the phone when you were fixing it. Unfortunately, this problem is not fixable and RIM won't do anything about it because it is out of warranty. Nice of you for not taking ownership of the problem you created.

I have had alot of phones over the years an my blackberry tourch is the first phone that i have had to have replaced 2 times because they just stop working...the screen doesnt work or the speakers dont work...by far the worst phone i have ever owned...i have a couple friends who have had blackberrys in the past an have had problems with them...horrble phones...dont waste your money on them
