Worse service ever!! Needed a loan release on paid load . One said 3-5 days , one said 10-14 days , one said 3 weeks. I ask for a e-mail of payoff and was told they didn't do that . I bet you wouldn't wait 3 weeks for a payment. Waiting hours for a representative is uncalled for !!!

Just spent an hour on the phone trying to find the status of my loan. The online information is different than last Friday when I paid it off. I never got off hold. An hour on hold is lousy customer service even now.

Have tried all numbers listed for customer service and never get connected.
The call is immediately dropped no mater what time of day it is.
