So this is how Alpine helps people that bought their product. When you have problem and a question about that problem they make you sign up for a pay help site before they will help you. Don't buy Alpine if you expect any after sale assistance.

Hello!
I sent my Alpine w910r at triodo service because I had forgotten the secure code. After that, it was not working properly. Problems with the touch screen, the sound and the navigation. I sent it again to this Alpine service center in Bari(IT) and they fixed the problem with the touch screen and guaranteed me that everything was working fine but in fact the sound remained the same and the navigation doesn't start at all. I can't even access the navigation menu.

do they make an amp for 2003 alpine took it to dealer in norfolk nebraska he said they dont make parts it he said it needs new amp
