Cingular Wireless PCS phone number 512-588-3923, Keeps calling my personal cell phone about 5 to 8 times a day. Tried to contact Cingular Wireless PCS regarding this, all I get is an automated system that wants to know if I am calling about my account. Just because they have caller ID and have my number does not mean I am a Cingular Wireless PCS account holder. This automated system just thinks I am . I want the calls to stop. They leave messages and fill my voicemail up but with their accents it is not understandable.

Calling ATT Mobility (Wireless) actually works quite well. When they are not overloaded with calls, they answer reasonably soon. The reps ALMOST ALWAYS understand my issues and find the answers.
However, ATT's other departments (for landline home phones, business phones, internet service, TV, etc) don't have a clue. Calling there always leads to confusion. I'm almost done with them. Using their wireless accounts is still worthwhile.

Start asking the FTC to prosecuate companies like Cingular Wireless that supply the burner phones for the scammers. I wrote them a letter to do so. It's funny my cell provider is AT&T and I get all this spam from Cingular could there be a coincidence?

I received a phone call that was a robocall spammer for "Credit Card Services" (I hung up). Caller ID said "Sanders Lance". Google searches says this number was issued by New Cingular Wireless PCS. Trying to contact that company brought me HERE! So how do I report that this number was apparently issued to a spammer, or is a spoofed number?????

At&the is not a very good company. For some reason my wireless bill continues to grow every month. They also continue to add 15 dallars because they continue to state that we are using data when our data is off.we have gone through hurricane and they disconnected my phone because of data usage. I'miss not please with the company I wished I never bought a wireless phone with them.

These three New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC (AT&T subsidiary that I assume is named differently to avoid association with this piss poor company reputation) are calling me with nobody on the other end of the line. I called one of them back and they are "no longer in service":

I have had very poor service from AT&T the 2 times I tried them (land line and then cell service). I will NEVER go back... and now this direct/scam calling from AT&T is annoying.

Have called AT&T at least 8 times about a number calling me and no one is there. All customer service agents have been rude and unhelpful except for one. Wow, I'm seriously considering switching to another phone company.

I just want to report several AT&T numbers being used in IRS phone scams. Where can I report those??? While I am here I will say that I left AT&T in 2007 after buying a cell for my very ill Mother on 25 June and put my cell in as 2 speed dial even though I was living in her home as a she was dying. Told her how to dial me and she tried once and within an hour went to sleep (sounds nicer than a come) and died July 1. I returned the phone July 3rd and was told I needed to pay a large penalty as Mom hadn't fulfilled her contract. I said her earthly contract was up but I still had to pay. I wrote the AT&T co and got a form letter and coupon which I returned with a draft of a Letter to the Editor. Next I got an apology and a check which I also returned but accepted the apology. And cancelled all our AT&T family cells and went to Verizon. Then another check plus what I called "hush money" -- also returned and the harassment word used. After reading the other reviews, I am so GLAD TO KNOW AT&T STILL IS LIVING UP TO THEIR POOR REPUTATION.

This is absolutely the most incompetent company that I have ever dealt with. Customer SERVICE is beyond horrible and they do not even speak English which is important when dealing with English speaking customers. I have been waiting since early June for my phone and it is now the end of August. Every time I call I get some broken English speaking person that says,"It be Der in 5 to 7 days". 2 and a half months layer and many phone calls and still no phone that I was promised.CLOSE THIS SCAMMING NO GOOD COMPANY DOWN. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND INCOMPETANT.

It is impossible to get in touch with them. I've waited hours before someone picked up then suddenly they hung up on me. Definitely looking to switch to another carrier.

I live in the country and I can't make calls from inside my house I have no reception I believe I need a booster I do have Internet but it's not connected for call quality I baby sit for 3 children under 4 and if I need emergency help I don't think I can get a call out

I went to your store to look for a case for my phone . The three gentlemen there kept trying to get me to get a tablet to buy a contract I said I could not afford it.The kepttell me its not that much.But it is for me.I left there not want it but was tired of say I can't afford it.I did with about some of my grocery last month but I'm not going to do that anymore I'm 68 years old poor and in bad health.Can you please help me?

An IRS scam is being run from phone number in Brawley, California. Cingular Wireless won't do anything about it. The IRS scam is with an unintelligible Indian accent. The Cingular rep is using an unintelligible Samoan accent. THIS IS A CRIME!

I received a mailer from AT&T that stated "you now have 6GB of truly shareable data to use each month ! NEVER HAPPENED! I even called AT&T and they confirmed that it had in fact NOT been added as the mailer clearly said it had been! Dan E.Cogswell Exec. Director , Customer Relationship Management! I've been with AT&T , Cingular for a long long time! This is a sign to me that this companies changes are not taking my loyalty serious! I'm gonna post this Mailing I was sent on FB and ask my friends to spread it around the country!! I've talked to customer service and it's clear the changes do not include my loyalty! The change in the phone program is not a welcomed change. I became disabled Almost 5 years ago and I had no control over the injury results! I had highest hopes for the iPhone 6+. Then the plan changes do not allow me the opportunity to have that phone now! James Lindsey.

I just got off the phone with Enrique. At the beginning of my call I was very irate with the automated service. Needless to say, poor Enrique was getting an earful. He remained calm, helped me see where the problem I was having originated and went above and beyond to assist me.
I have dealt with AT&T Customer Service in the past and the majority of the time have had difficulty even understanding what was being said to me, either because they were speaking too quickly, had a heavy foreign accent, or BOTH.
I wish all Customer Service Representatives EVERYWHERE were as well-spoken, kind, and helpful as Enrique.

Store # 028 443 - ok my Compleis for bad service this sema happened every night and there is a giving person emves good servicion this aver AGRRA few customers for a ride that takes its nombe is Guille R and reliable beces barias with manayer and not grab anything and reliable with others and other workers and I think they say no ba Asher anything because it is his beloved I want it to isiera I algao respect because flagpole in duns messes with employees so they ran from Taco Bell of foollhil and mango in Fontana California because it is a blatant say who walks with the manayer of that store one Jose good only thing I want is that matter is taken on this problem and eata working Ai insurance

Added text for out of country for 3 days. COULD NOT WORK!!!! Only texted one number. They NEVER received any texts or pics. Called AT&T and was told they went through. I have proof on my iPhone that says Undelivered!!! Customer service was crap.

WORST customer service I have ever experience. They have hung up on me 3 times. I have been trying to fix something they messed up for a month. They sent a bill to collections when I cancelled and paid everything half a year ago. They keep saying they will help and then do nothing. NEVER USE AT&T!!!!!

you should be aware than 5 is using your service and their cell phone to make telemarketing calls about credit cards / lower your interest rates. I'm filing a complaint against them with the FCC but you need to do something about this too.

I just spoke with Javon at ATT customer service. He explained everything I wanted to know and SAVED me money on my plan!! Thanks!! for great, prompt service.
