I purchased a 32" LED set from BestBuy. It did not include the remote control. I tried to return it to BestBuy they said I need to contact Westinghouse. I did the rep said he would send out a remote to me right away. after 2 weeks still no remote. I called back after 1 and half hours of hold time I was told that I needed to have a call back from the department. I stated that I wanted to speak to a manager and none was available. I continued to hold for manager and the hung up on me.
