SCAM Looks like you are trying to get my personal information. All I wanted was a little help with your product. Can't et a straightforward answer. Just a gift card offer (that I do not want) and a line of bulls*** that I do not want to hear.

Tried several times calling Vistaprint. Are they out of business? Cannot get into our account. No one answers the telephone and the voice message says "due to maintenance on April 18th at 3:30 they will not be available for 30 minutes" -- today is April 11th.

I cannot reach Customer Service. Each time I try, a voice interrupts stating that, "we will not be available March 18th from 3 to 5 p.m. - today is April 11!!; then disconnects. I tried 8002 and 8004. Would someone please call me so that I can order the checks I need for my company.

Oh, also, live chat is "Not available"

Actually I am happy with their customer service. They are always willing to help. I could not reach them through the phone but the live chat worked and the gentleman was very effective in helping me.

Customer service reps are very untrained ... they don't know the product. Final pricing on the order form never matches the pricing that website advertises.

Vistaprint is the worst company I ever came across, withtheir customer service centre in morocco and Jamaica
They kept cutting me off after putting me on hold for 40 minutes each time. I only thought it was a uk company, but no it's Dutch

I contacted vista print today and spoke to Armani mmahbouli and I could not have better service she helped me with everything advised me on things I didn't no about so patient I am new at using a computer and she was fantastic I would recommend vistaprint to my friends as your standards of training are brilliant thank you Armani

I have used Vista print in Canada and UK since more than 10 years. I love the options, service and pricing is 1/4th of main stream printers.

In all of my long dealings with purchasing websites I cannot think of a company that so embodies all that is dishonorable in its approach to marketting. It advertises business cards at £2.99 which with VAT and postage costs more than £7. At every turn it bombards, connives, tricks and misleads the unwary into buying products they dont want or expenditure they do not understand.
I despise this kind of marketting and on a point of principle will not use the company again. I advise all others to follow my example.

I designed a Flip book for the fist time I use Vistaprint, accidentally left few pages with no pictures, I rang up costomer services, the answer was not able to help.

After ordering photo flip books on 11 Dec, an email was sent stating that its been sent for printing on 12 and will receive this on 19 Dec. firstly there is no tracking # for this original delivery and there is no followup by Vistaprint.

Wrote to them on 18 Dec and they still expect delivery on the next day.
How ridiculous can this be???

Upon asking for tracking #, they said they are sending a replacement order and this again takes time. This additional comment says that they are not sure where the package is and oh, there's no tracking at all: 'If your original order arrives, please accept it with our compliments'

this is greatly disappointing and will definitely be the last.

I am surprised by all the negative comments about Vistaprint. I ordered Christmas photo cards, they were delivered three days early, the quality of the cards was excellent, the packaging was very good. I was very pleased would definitely order from them again.

yea I agree! The whole company! May just be a scam as far as I can honestly see it .. They stole about 45 dollars from a hardworking college student on financial aid who was trying to get her sick grandmother a personified photo gift. no responses! Nothing! someone with more money shoul probably sue them

I have been loyal Vistaprint customer for about 5 years.

I phoned your customer service on the 5/10 in regard to my letter heads which I was promised would be delivered by the 3/10.



The male representative was rude & told me that "this is the one & only time that Vistaprint would help me with the missing product. It is not my fault that my products had not been deliverd.



Most of the time Vista Print phone reps have been excellent but this rep insinuated that I was stealing from Vistaprint.



If this happens ever again I will take my business elsewhere.



I would appreciate a response by your Customeg Service Dept as soon as possible.

There is something seriously wrong with their Customer Service. I've been trying to reach them for 4 days and all I get is a recording saying they are having "technical difficulty" call back during their regular business hours (my call was during regular business hours). I was instructed to go to their web site to complete my business.

I've got a problem with their labels template and can't reach anyone to solve the problem. I'm sure as heck not going to pay for/submit an order I know isn't correct! Anyone else having trouble reaching a live person? If not resolved today I will be forced to use GotPrint.com

Ive used Vista print for several things and have always been very happy with my products. They even over nighted me a product when I had an error on my save the date. Yesterday I tried to order some products such as 1000 brochures, 1000 new business cards and a couple banners. I was told I had 7 mins to order for it to arrive on friday. I gave them all my info I was then finishing up and they said oh sorry we can't do it now time is up! I was on the phone for 3 mins 32 seconds according to my phone. I said well I will still order but if i couldn't have it by friday i would down size my order and just wait until I needed more of there products. I would just have what I ordered printed locally. The lady ask is that all you needed? and then said okay have a nice night? and then hung up! VERY FRUSTRATED! I never got to reply or ask why i only got 3 mins to reply when i was told i had 7 to finish my order! I love using vista print and its a shame they had treat me this way.

I must say I am shocked. I was so upset at first. I ordered a banner in april and never got it. I had been looking for a customer service number ever since. I googled again and found this number. WOW. I called pushed pound pushed number 2 and wamo got a wonderful woman. She was so apolgetic that I didn't receive my banner. Not only that she offered me a choice. Do I want the banner re-made and resent at no costs or do I want a full refund. Oh Lord today was my lucky day. I should have my banner in 7 days. I hope. LOL. I have never had a problem with them before. I love there merchandise. It's not crazy priced and gets the word out. Good luck all. Thanks

I called their 1-866-811-1674 number and went through several voice menus that seemed to be deadends. No way could I reach a human. I just let the voice menu repeat itself about 10 times and finally it forwarded my call to a call center that sounded like India. The guys accent was so strong I could barely understand him. If you call the above number and cannot figure a way to talk to a person using their menus then just let it repeat many times and eventually your call will be forwarded on to a human (somewhere in the world).

Vistaprint is HORRIBLE! Notice... you can't find a customer service telephone anywhere. Well that is because the number has been buried under a dozen different subfolders. Also notice when you try to complete a transaction they walk your through an additional 25 options before you can check out. They added a web domain account to one of my transactions costing me time and money. One year later the situation is still not resolved. I will never ever work with this company again. No thanks.

I ordered magnetic signs for my tow truck and they blew off 4 times .3 times they sent me another set telling me to read the directions and they won't blow off unless you drive over 136 mph. Hello I drive a tow truck (that weighs over 4 tons) not a race car. But anyway today they sent my money back. I guess I'll be looking for another place.

I have been dealing with Vistaprint for some time now. Once you get used to their system you can work out deals that are best for you.
Each time you get an email and enter Vistaprint through the email, it will bump your pricing to whatever is valid in that email. Therefore, if you already have items in the cart, they may rise considerably if they are not included in your latest deal. To get back to the previous pricing, you must go back to the old email and enter through that email, and it will take your pricing back down to what it was the previous time.
The other thing to watch out for is that after ordering a considerable amount, they start reducing the discounts they offer you. I have 2 accounts, one for work and one for home, and I receive 2 versions of the same email. The one that is used less frequently has better offers than the one I use all of the time, same email, different discounts.

I have found the product great, I pay next to nothing for most of my stock, I never order any more than the free or heavily discounted quantities but might order 3 days in a row to get the qty I want. It works great, orders come quicker than anticipated, and I love the site.
Just be wary of your pricing and you can work this site to your advantage.

I recently ordered two sets of business cards from vistaprint last week. Advertised as free all I had to do was pay for postage, something which seemed amazing. (Even though it said it would take 2 weeks, a bit of a long time to wait for a delivery that I've paid for but oh well). Checked my email today to see that I have been charged three times instead of twice. I called up customer service and spoke to 'Amy' who was nothing but rude when I told her my situation. I felt like I was being blamed instead of being helped. I asked for her supervisor but conveniently,were all in 'meetings'. I am still waiting for my ordered which is scheduled to arrive next week but from reading all the comments, I'm not getting my hopes up. Horrible customer service, deceiving website and offers. Do not order from Vistaprint.
