Vistaprint customer service is responsible for my account with them getting hijacked. Someone called them and they gave that person a temporary password to my account who then changed my email on the account to something else so now I don't have an account and all my uploaded designs and work is gone. Vista print did not email me back about this gross negligence of their security.

I can't understand all the negative that has been posted about Vistaprint on here. I am so sorry you all have had this experinece as my experience with them was awesome. I got the survey and filled it out after I got my order. I admitted that my disapointments could have every easily been my fault because I had never designed anything online and was not sure what I was doing. I described what was wrong and how I had wanted things to look. It was no time at all I heard back from them saying they were sending me the merchandise again at no charge because they had given me a credit for the order I was disappointed with. They never ask me to send back the order I was disappointed with and sent me a new order without additional charges. They had taken my remarks on how I wanted things to be originally and I must say listened very well when they redone my order. With this kind of service I was very impressed and happy and would diffently order again. I just wish I could find a phone # to call to place my next order to make sure I got exactly what I want. Thanks Vistaprint for your kind service.

I have used vista prints for many of my business needs including business cards and post cards. I have always been very happy with there products and service. I have always been able to reach customer support and don't to wait forever on hold like many other companies. I would highly recommend this company. They also have great prices.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Save yourself much frustration by having your printing done ANYWHERE ELSE. My order did not arrive when they said it would, and still has not arrived, even though I paid for expedited shipping. Customer service is rude and none caring about my order. They cannot locate my order and are passing blame to UPS. I would NEVER recommend using Vista Print to anyone, ever. EVER! Don't be stupid and do business with Vista Print.

After countless negative comments for Vista Print I felt compelled to add a POSITIVE one!
I recently (the past week) ordered invitations for my sisters baby shower. You can imagine that I wanted them to look great, not cheap and be on-time. All of the above happened today. They are a bit smaller than I had imagined (post card sized) and size to my knowledge was never specified but the quality was exactly what I expected to receive for the price. The price for 30 will end up being $40.
So consider VistaPrinting for your next project or business venture. I'm also happy to say that my husbands business cards came out fine as well.

paid by paypaL who confirm paymeny has been made. Vistaprint claim 11 seconds after payment it was cancelled. Phoned and spoke to one person who advised me to phone back in 30 minutes to give paypal time to send them notice. Phoned back and got someone else, she refused to look if paypal had sent the information, refused to give me an email address (customer service no not answer emails off contact information. She wanted me to fax the information from paypal, not a lot of use when you do not have a fax machine and are talking to an internet trading firm that refuses to give out email addresses.
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND VISTAPRING IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE DEALING WITH THEM

I placed an order on 11/26/11 and received info I would have the products on 12/3/11. When that did not happen, I called the customer service and was told there was no payment received and the order was not sent. However, my credit card account was charged a small amount of cost of the products. Yet, they cannot tell me why they charged that amount. Clearly, it seems no one knows what is going on or what they are doing. Some confusion on the numbers I was giving them - they did not understand if I was saying "13" or "14." After about 4 or 5 phone calls, being put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, the products will be shipped. I am still trying to reach the supervisor who told me he would get to the bottom of why I have a $28.32 charge on my account. He called back and said he could not figure it out and I would have to call my credit card company AGAIN. Now, I have tried to get in touch with supervisor and he has not been in when I have called (surprise me)! I have lost ALL confidence in Vistaprint and I so sorry I ever did any business with them.

Very dissapointed in the customer service! I spoke to 6 different agents at 6 different times in an evening! My issue has still not been resolved and I am continuing to hold!

The quality and speed of my order was very satisfactory but I can second other comments about their customer service - it's pretty useless if you can even get a hold of them. But I want to warn every potential customer to stick with your original order and not get sucked in the"specials" that are offered at check out. They are rip offs!!!

Why can't you list a phone number to get customer srvice. It is nearly impossible to find an 800 number on your site. Why do you make it so difficult? Get with the 21st century please. Another beef that I have is you are charging my credit card for a website I had and cancelled 3 months ago. Stop charging me and refund my money NOW! Call me please at 267.391.7600. David Taber

I just discovered on my credit card statements that VISTAPRINT billed me on 12/01/11 and every month since for a website package that I did not order and have never used. The total amount of $73.08 is in dispute and will be referred to my bank, the FTC and Facebook if it is not refunded immediately. Wm T Newby, 256-651-4463.

Free offers are not as you have to pay for seperate delivery, even if you have just placed an order.
Cannot get hold of any one even email, as buisness cards had a nice blue stripe across the top that my last four previous orders never had. This was a problem with the cutting out that was not done properly.

CareerBuilder.com has posted a position with VistaPrint in St. Petersburg, FL for several months, but there is no way to apply for the job. VistaPrint doesn't even think they own a building in Florida. After several phone calls, a receptionist told me that she thinks it is an outside vendor under the reselling program. My problem was not solved and I had the pleasure of leaving another voicemail for some guy named Dan.

i send you my logo and art work 6 days ago, and nobody respded, I search your website for a simple email contact address IMPOSSIBle to find. what is wrong with you people, you want my business or what, guess i will try 1-800-postcard.

I ordered business cards for my new business from vistaprint and within five minutes of putting in my credit card number, I was contacted by my credit card fraud alert department and stated I had two charges from vistaprint that were one right after the other. A charge for $49.52 and $38.38. My entire order only came to $30.16. Anyone know of a phone number to reach these scammers. I don't even want to use the cards because they are cut so unevenly. BAD BUSINESS!!

Their customer service and communication regarding questions other than what is already available information is impossible to get. The customer service reps have an attitude. One guy actually sighed and talked to me through gritted teeth. I have called daily for 3 days in a row. They now know who I am and what I want and talk to me politely but I still have not gotten the answer to my question. I want to speak to management but somehow I don't think there is any management present.

You will not reach a live person if you follow these instructions. No matter what prompt you choose, you are asked to write them an email.

This mean if you have a timely order and a problem during the order, there is no customer service to assist you. 48 hrs simply doesn't cut it.

I was contacted at 11:54 am today from telephone number 231-337-2147 and was told that because I placed an order with the online company Vistaprint (which I did earlier in the week), I was selected as a "preferred" customer and as such had qualified for $120 in "gas rebates". I was informed that the gas rebates would be mailed to my home address (which they verified) along with information about two consumer programs - "Leisure Time Savings Club" and "Direct Savings Club." The person described the programs and provided the monthly cost for them but that I would be sent all the information in the mail to review before agreeing to become a member of the programs. She did verify the last 4 digits of my Visa card at this time to "verify my identify" NOT to charge anything to my credit card. Before end the call the person said her supervisor was required to get on the call to verify information. There was a recorded message that was played at this time which told me the call would be recorded. The supervisor came on the line and verified all of the same information including the last four digits of my credit card. Toward the end of the call, she stated that I had agreed to a trial membership - which I NEVER agreed to. When I disputed this, she told me I did agree to this. When I disputed it again she got very angry and began to yell at me. I told her I thought this was fraud and that I was going to notify the Maryland Attorney General's office. I would not be surprised if I found charges on my credit card for this company. I plan to call my bank next. After the call I found many complaints online about this company. This company should be stopped.

I ordered "free" business cards (under a promotion) that ended up costing $38. When I received the cards, the quality was so bad they were not usuable. Poor color quality, cut crooked, looked like something from a slop shop. I have repeatedly tried to get a live customer service rep by calling their listed phone number but the number is sutomated only. I have sent e-mails with no reply. I want to return this lousy product and get my money back. Does anyone have a phone number for a live person?
