I recently ordered two sets of business cards from vistaprint last week. Advertised as free all I had to do was pay for postage, something which seemed amazing. (Even though it said it would take 2 weeks, a bit of a long time to wait for a delivery that I've paid for but oh well). Checked my email today to see that I have been charged three times instead of twice. I called up customer service and spoke to 'Amy' who was nothing but rude when I told her my situation. I felt like I was being blamed instead of being helped. I asked for her supervisor but conveniently,were all in 'meetings'. I am still waiting for my ordered which is scheduled to arrive next week but from reading all the comments, I'm not getting my hopes up. Horrible customer service, deceiving website and offers. Do not order from Vistaprint.
