please help me ==phone ran out of time,been truing for 3 weeks to get it back on .added a 30.00 dollar card on it and called way to many times only to be hung up on,how can I get this phone back on.phone no. 812 767 4924 this is the phone I want back on .phone no I have used to call is this is not the phone I want back on it's ok please do not change anything on this phone .please please help me.

I simply want to change the expiration date of our credit card to 4/18...don't need to activate or reactivate, don't need refill or protect or acct balance or tech support. Need to TALK to someone to change our exp date. Sent an email to and they replied with...get in touch with the Customer Care Department...no #, no information given...nothin'! See following code !! I will be away from our computer until 6/21/15 and I'm leaving in one hour. Wanted to get this resolved before leaving (1:30pm) but that seems to be impossible to do!!!

I can't get a person on the phone @ customer service and I have to waste time pushing button's trying to get help. I automatically pay my bill's every month and do not go over probably 100 min. a month, but my phone is giving me message's saying no service when I first turn it on, and now it's saying out of airtime. So I CAN'T get or receive any call's. If it was my only phone and I needed 911 which I did just last month, due to carbon monoxide. Then I would be in real trouble. It's serious people it can mean the difference between life and death some time's. AT&T was more expensive yes but I never had a calling problem with them. Get your service dept. straightened out PLEASE.

I had problem with my phone. It would come on at all. I call sheila and she did all due could to help.so I bought another phone. As I was getting ready to put everything in a box for junk.it came on and scared me. I want to tell sheila thank and I cancel to get another phone.

Beware of transferring your number. I have been waiting almost 3 days for straight talk to port my number. They assured me that my number still worked with my previous carrier till they completed the transfer, but I found out that it was nothing but a lie. I have been without service for the last 3 days and each time I call them, they tell me that I have to wait another 25 hours. Shameful.

I think that a company that makes a mistake and doesn't make it right should be shut down. Straight Talk charged my checking account 3 times for 1 monthly renewal which caused my account to be over drawn and Straight Talk will not reimburse me for the $400+ in overdraft fees that THEY caused to occur. That is wrong.
I will not be doing business with Straight Talk any more!

I just tried to change my number I did what the instructions said and I have waited two hours for my number to change and my number is still the same I've turned my phone off and on and still my number has not changed my phone has no service I cannot call out I don't know if this has something to do with my phone trying to give me a new number someone please help me with this.all I want is a new number and that's why I call to get my number changed and this is what happened

I have the new galaxy centra. For sixty and it does nothing but freezes and slow since I got it qt first I thought it was just mine and it's not everyone I know that has this phone has this problem what can u do to better it cuz I paid 60 for it and need a that I can use with out a problem every hour. I contacted your customer service and was transferred to several employees could not understand why the replacement sim card was cancelled. They said it was incorrect address. But billing to my address is not a problem. Why is that?
Your customer service transferred me to upper management and then call drop. I have to redial again. I finally talked to James Jimenez who said he is the upper management. He want me to buy a new sim card (A T & T) because the sim card I bought is T-mobile compatible. I bought my phone at T-mobile but I wanted to get sim card from Straight talk that has a good reception in my area. No one no one ever mentioned that the sim card T-mobile compatible is not going to work in certain areas. I've been frustrated about your service. I hope you can improve your service. If you do, I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

Earlier I sent an email saying I couldn't receive calls, you said to turn off phone and take sim card out and wait one minute. I did that now the sim doesn't work.

After days of trying to get help because many people, not all, can no longer reach me on their
lines although for 5 months they could. I sent email messages, hours and hours on the telephone, each time getting a different person and having to retell my problem. I went to the store where I bought the phone and they contacted Straight Talk Customer Services while I sat and waited and waited. They all say there is nothing wrong but that it must be the problem of the telephones of those trying to reach me (this is many people). Or they should be using the area code. They are.

Today I tried one more time. I talked a long time with a man who appeared to be very helpful until he finally told me to dial *22890 and that I would be given instructions of what to do. The message I got was that the programming of my phone was successful and then a click. After all of this the problem persists and no one seems to know or care. I have one choice and that is to change phones and servers. I am disappointed because I really liked my phone until all of this began happening.

Straight talk please I need to get Skype back on my phone? I got to keep in contact with my wife in Uganda Africa only through Skype is the only way of contacting my wife. She is serious dear to me.

I have auto refill and I called the billing dept to let them know I changed my debit card # . The customer rep informed me that as long as I have sufficient funds in my account I don't have to inform them of this change. Just want to make sure there won't be a problem on the next billing cycle. Janice Murphy

I have found our that my Huawei Phone was recalled but no one ever contacted me. I have bought another straight talk phone due to the Huawei not working properly. How can I get money back for this phone since it was recalled?

I have had Straight Talk going on 3 years. I have only had a couple of problems with them until now. I received a message from them stating my high speed limit had been reached only 4 days into my new 30 day cycle. Never have I received a message like this. Toward the end of the cycle I would notice my speed being a little slower. I called them and couldn't understand the rep so I asked for a supervisor. I asked her when this started and why. She spouted some crap about the policy and again I asked when this started and why. She said she couldn"'t help me and hung up on me. There is no phone number to speak to an American! Now my speed is so slow I can't download apps without getting a time out and for apps I have already I have the same problem. I intend to go on facebook to let people know and have reached out to the media to get an explanation as to when thus started. They are going to investigate.

Terrible customer service.
When i was going to transfer my number to a different company they gave me such a hard time. I was also unable to cancel my auto refill due to the hard time they where giving me and they took the payment the next day from account. Spoke to multiple representative ,manager and they refuse to give me a refund.

Straight talk has nothing but crooks running the company. When u get the $45 card it is supposed to be UNLIMITED everything for 30 days. & now they wanna cut the internet usage back because we use the internet. I soon will be looking for another phone company. Straight talk used to be good but not anymore.

Spent an hour on the phone with a man who had no idea what number to call to reactivate my pgone after telling him repeatedly about 17 times actually, that the number he had given me didnt work he thwn proceded to tell me to retry the NUMBER AGAIN and of course did not work he then put me on hold to speak with a manager. (Which didn't have tome to talk to me to resolve the problem) after taking my service card number, he hung up! I called back got connected to elaborate woman who then told me my service card was activate to another account and instead of trying to help or get a manger she repeatedly said sorry, but there is nothing we can do now. So lost out on my 50$ and service plan. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
