I can't get a person on the phone @ customer service and I have to waste time pushing button's trying to get help. I automatically pay my bill's every month and do not go over probably 100 min. a month, but my phone is giving me message's saying no service when I first turn it on, and now it's saying out of airtime. So I CAN'T get or receive any call's. If it was my only phone and I needed 911 which I did just last month, due to carbon monoxide. Then I would be in real trouble. It's serious people it can mean the difference between life and death some time's. AT&T was more expensive yes but I never had a calling problem with them. Get your service dept. straightened out PLEASE.
