After days of trying to get help because many people, not all, can no longer reach me on their
lines although for 5 months they could. I sent email messages, hours and hours on the telephone, each time getting a different person and having to retell my problem. I went to the store where I bought the phone and they contacted Straight Talk Customer Services while I sat and waited and waited. They all say there is nothing wrong but that it must be the problem of the telephones of those trying to reach me (this is many people). Or they should be using the area code. They are.

Today I tried one more time. I talked a long time with a man who appeared to be very helpful until he finally told me to dial *22890 and that I would be given instructions of what to do. The message I got was that the programming of my phone was successful and then a click. After all of this the problem persists and no one seems to know or care. I have one choice and that is to change phones and servers. I am disappointed because I really liked my phone until all of this began happening.
