I have had Straight Talk going on 3 years. I have only had a couple of problems with them until now. I received a message from them stating my high speed limit had been reached only 4 days into my new 30 day cycle. Never have I received a message like this. Toward the end of the cycle I would notice my speed being a little slower. I called them and couldn't understand the rep so I asked for a supervisor. I asked her when this started and why. She spouted some crap about the policy and again I asked when this started and why. She said she couldn"'t help me and hung up on me. There is no phone number to speak to an American! Now my speed is so slow I can't download apps without getting a time out and for apps I have already I have the same problem. I intend to go on facebook to let people know and have reached out to the media to get an explanation as to when thus started. They are going to investigate.
