Hi I have a lcd digital color tv model KDL-40Z4100 Serial 8007845 and the issue is whit the screen look highly clouded if I here to change the screen how much is the cost or if we cand fix

My daughter bought me a sony blue ray dvr. It was purchased about a month ago but we had to wait to get net flex which is why she bought it for us. The machine works but not the remote to turn it on that you hold in your hand. Walmart will not take it back because it was past 15 days. They said to contact you. Model # BDP s 3510. Our phone . e-mail is . Would appreciate you just sending us a new remote. Thank You Edith Rothermund .

I have a complaint about the extended warranty on my cyber shot camera, I would like an address and name of a person that I could write a letter or talk to about this situation, I spoke to 2 different people about getting a return call, it's been a week and no one has responded.

Sony customer service really sucks
Do the support team really know what's going on don't even know how to transfer a simple call to a supervisor to try resolve an issue or claim oh we are not able to do
That it is because of poor support
I guess i wouldn't want to either
I'd like to go into more detail but I don't have space or time but I am sure that I will hear nothing over these issues from any one within Sony corporation with backbonw

This is the WORST customer service experience that I've ever had. I had a direct service tech here to hook up 4k service using my strdh 750. The service tech could nougat the 4k to pass thru the 750. We called your support, explained the problem and were promptly put on hold for15MIN. After coming back on the line he took us thru the clearing reset still with no results and then put out on hold foR ANOTHER 30 MIN. when he came back on he asked for the serial# which we gave and again on hold for 15 minutes. When he came back on he said that it needed to go in for repair.This unit is only 2 weeks old. I was so angry with your lousy customer service and lack of support that I am sending this unit back to the seller and purchasing a Yamaha. I will never buy another Sony product based on my dreadful customer support experience.

My ps4 got stolen Sony told me they could track it with the serial number if I gave it to the police so I went through the whole process and then told the cops they couldn't even after they gave me a case number.

my new 75 inch sony bravia 4k tv is driving me crazy. I have always been a samung guy but they convinced me to go sony. I have a 5000 dollar tv and it can't even hold my internets sep password over night when it is shut off. Every day I have to re enter it. Once I re enter it it holds till the tv is powered down. Incredibly disappointed in this turn of events.

Help question....I own an RV (Recreational Vehicle) that came equipped with a Sony XAV-68BT device. It is installed next to the TV and is Bluetooth, DVD, Disc, Radio, etc capable. It will play a DVD on its own small screen but I can't get it to play on the attached TV. There is a red, white and yellow cord that appears to connect them. My question: can I play a DVD in the Sony device and watch it on the TV. If so, how? Thanks. Steven Parker

I went through the process and got approval but the offer was for reimbursement of $1211.94, claiming it was now a used TV. But the problem has been there for years. LET ME EMPHASIZE HOW GOOD AND LOYAL I HAVE BEEN TO SONY AND HOW MANY PRODUCTS I HAVE BOUGHT FROM YOU!!!! I have two homes and two sons. In addition to the which was chosen at the time because it equaled the 929 in picture quality, according to reviewers I have bought 6 other high end TVs from you I later bought another 950 (a later version) as well as . I previously bought the KDL46XBR5 which again at the time was your top of the line TV and before that a $2000 +LCD projection hi def TV. I also have your Digital Audio/Video Control Center and have bought 4 !!! Sony Sound bars, as well as a camera for my wife, and 3 Sony DVRs I told your customer service person that if this issue is not resolved fairly, I promised I will never buy another Sony product again. It is simply outrageous to pay top dollar again and again and to have this count for nothing in your response to me.



So as an added note I went to Best Buy to take a look at the TV you were offering as a substitute the XBR55X850B (later modified to the C) and it was a joke. No way it compares to my 950. So I agreed to take the money you offered AND BOUGHT AN LG OLED 4K, the currently highest rated TV on the market for $3000 (on sale). I will stick to my promise and NEVER BUY A SONY PRODUCT AGAIN. Congratulations on your unfair customer policies. I know I am a drop in the ocean but I happen to be a noisy one. My experience will be posted all over the internet.

One other thing. Your customer service representative would not give me his name. This kind of anonymous decision making encourages the kind of rigidity he showed me when I tried to present the facts I have presented here. His answer was take it or leave it when I disagreed with his conclusion.

One other thing you should know. When I feel mistreated I don't let it rest until I have had my say. If you will not treat me fairly I promise to post on Amazon and every other available internet feedback site about the customer loyalty you display

I have tried for 2 hours to get a simple answer about how to disable the sap on my sony tv. This is stupid to have to wait this long for a simple answer and also have to pay for something that would not take more than 1 minute answer. I have on my remote options chose mts there is stereo, sap and mono, I have chose stero and mono and still the sap is still on ...question is how to diaable? I can promise you one thing I will never call Sony again and as far as I am concerned you can come and get this 500.00 tv. I will never buy another Sony tv ever again..customer service and tech support sucks. I am very dissatified.

I tried 5 phone numbers each one numerous times and they all ring once and then hang up. I shall Sony is overrated and we need to ditch Sony and go to some other company that cares about their customer service of their products.

The online help system is very limited as far as help goes. I recently purchased a Sony HDR-cx240 that I wanted an extra battery for and it was very exasperating to even find a referance for it. There was some info regarding the 'black' model but that was all. Very poor job in supporting this item. I still can't find a battery that I'm sure is the right one. I have always bought Sony tv's and audio/visual equipment but - not so sure!

I Have Direct Tv And The Last 5 Days I Would Be Watching Fox News Or My Encore Or Hbo And Intel Comes Up On My Tv And Doesnt Go Away Until I Put In A Station Like 360 Etc Direct Tv Said To Call Sony Mfg But The Recorder Doesnt Help And Hangs Up. Please Help This Is Digusting And Never Happened To Me With Any Co Dish Etc. Please Call Direct Tv Also Not Only Intel But Stihl In Caps. This Happened To Me On Channel 9 Fox Hbo Encore. I purchased a Sony Blue Ray DVD Player in SEPT

Of 2013. Worked great till about a Month ago. After playing ANY DVD after about 1/2 hour it starts too static and and stops playing and Screen on TV turns Blue. I have stopped using it. I FEEL that the product

You need to make the controls more durable, I have gone thru numerous. Controllers playing Madden
The problem lies around the joystick, the plastic isn't strong enough you need like s medal washer around joystick to protect the plastic, Could be an easy fix!

Xbox doesn't have this issue!

I drove 30 miles to the Jersey shore premium outlet. According to google maps the store is listed there w hours and all other info. The store is apparently no longer here what a disappointment. I wanted a blue ray.
