This is the WORST customer service experience that I've ever had. I had a direct service tech here to hook up 4k service using my strdh 750. The service tech could nougat the 4k to pass thru the 750. We called your support, explained the problem and were promptly put on hold for15MIN. After coming back on the line he took us thru the clearing reset still with no results and then put out on hold foR ANOTHER 30 MIN. when he came back on he asked for the serial# which we gave and again on hold for 15 minutes. When he came back on he said that it needed to go in for repair.This unit is only 2 weeks old. I was so angry with your lousy customer service and lack of support that I am sending this unit back to the seller and purchasing a Yamaha. I will never buy another Sony product based on my dreadful customer support experience.
