I was just in the Jensen Beach smoothie King location as I am every day at this time. Usually has I'm in the drive-through the girls hear my voice and know that I want to banana boat with peanut butter. But the last couple of days there's two guys that have been working there, they are very very rude. As I walked in the door, nobody said hello to me, or even looked at me. That you guys were just going back-and-forth flirting with the little girl that works with them. After I stood there for about five minutes, I said " hey guys, how are you doing?, How I am doing well thank you so much for asking." the girl looked at me with a disgusting look on her face and the guy at the window just said."hold up we will be with you in a minute" I stood there for about three more minutes with nobody even looking at me, or asking me what I wanted, so I told them " I am leaving and will not be coming back" he said "ok good"
Anytime I work with one of my clients, as soon as we leave the gym, I bring them to smoothie king. All my clients know that and get excited when the workouts are coming to an end. I will be doing that no more. If I don't hear back from you guys today, I will post all over Google maps, Facebook, and anywhere else I can leave a review. I'm very upset with you guys.

I can't believe you can run a business and just never answer the phone I received a nasty tasting smoothie no tim to go back I wanted to call and get refund and find out what happen why i got a totally different smoothie that the one I usually get so it could be avoided in the future guess ive learned you have to tasta test immediately or run the risk of getting down the road to have the ultimate smoothie nightmare its a franchise supposed to be same every store every time not a wildcard pic of the makers interupatation on what he heard what a nasty smoothie it was

I continue to buy your smoothies each time the company raises the prices because I truly enjoy the taste and ingredients in the smoothie I purchase, but what is frustrating is the cup size that I pay for are never filled.. The past 3 times I have purchased a smoothie there has been minimum an inch of empty space left at the top of the cup. If I pay for a 32 oz $10.00 smoothie, I expect to to get that not a 290z $10 smoothie.

My daughter surprise me with a Angel food smoothie, that she got from the Houston Levee, Collierville location. The only surprise to me was it taste like rotten bananas. I threw it away. What a waste of money and time.

Just returned from Smoothie King, it is Sunday April 25th and never have I been so rudely taken care of. first they did not make my order correctly, then when I brought it to their attention I was dismissed so rudely I could not believe it. The girl at the drive thru was rude, never once did I get a thank you or your welcome.

The location on east 70st has the most rudest employees! I was recently their on Tuesday. I ordered my smoothie online and went to pick it up . When I arrived there the truck was there unloading. I sat in line a couple of times then I drove around. The employee came to the window and the next time I ask you what's your order you tell me before coming to the window. No good morning or anything and close the window in my face before I could say I ordered online. I've called 3 times to talk with the manager but as usual there's no manager on duty. Sicking and I want be returning

This is the 2nd time, I've went to Smoothie King and has been disappointed. The first time, the price I paid for my smoothie were higher then the price listed on the board. I mentioned it to the workers that were there at the time and nothing was said, not even an apology. The 2nd time (this morning) 04/01/2021 I went they weren't opened yet and the time says they open at 9:00 a.m. I was pissed because I walked to the location in the cold. ughhhh The location is 3001 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27607. This location must do better.

This was the worst experience I've encountered in awhile. Smoothie King at 27735 Hsrper in St. Clair Shores. OMG the wait on the inside was worst than the drive thru. We felt totally ignored. The remark we gotta get the drive thru first was made. I thought all customers should be valued!!!.

So I go to smoothie king one day a week at 6:30 am and today I went and this is I would say 3 or 4 times now that they are not open - so when that happens I don't have anything for breakfast getting a little irating the location is the one out near grand prairie don't want to get anyone in trouble

I went to your location at 9100 McHugh Dr Suite 550 Landover, MD 20706 at 2:30pm in afternoon. No one was in line nor in the store and I was refused service and was told only receiving online orders. How are you going to refuse a paying customer when I am sure your losing revenue due to Covid. There was no one in the store except the employee cleaning up. Everyone is not interested in putting a order online. Not only that the sign clearly states 3 at a time in the store. In this case the store was empty. You don't have to worry about me patronizing at all.

Your location at 1270 West Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30324 has had your workers not wearing masks and not been my there to make orders. Twice in the last week I have arrived to find no one there to take an order. Both times are nd 1:00 in the afternoon. When they have been available they have had no mask on. Wi will stop going if this continues.

I went to your store in Greenville Tx. today. Two guys were working counter while a girl worked in the back. Both guys were slow and they looked lost. We had 3 drinks that took 20 min. to make and then we only got 2 drinks we had to tell them and then they asked to see our receipt in case they rang it up wrong and then they said we were right. I asked which one they handed me what kind it was and they didnt know so they took a spoon to taste it before they knew which one it was. It is very clear they need training and to pick up their pace. That girl in the back didnt come out to help until the last minute. The other girl that come in half way through this process never came out to help. This was a bad experience.

The store in Helotes off of Bandera rd in San Antonio, Texas smells terrible (stinks), like rotten fruit. The servers shorts were so short I could see her butt cheeks and she was not bending over!?!? She was washing out one of the blenders, dropped the top on the floor and did not wash it off!?!?! I cancelled my order. And drove to a different smoothie king at another location.

Have been to your store number 340. East West connector austell Georgia on several occasions and never open on time. I visited shortly after 7 a.m. and they will not open I'm here again today and it's now 7:17 a.m. and there's still no one here. While waiting I observe several customers pull up and drive off because the store is not open.

A few weeks ago I quit my job at smoothie king(6575 sugarloaf prkwy) because of the GM, MJ. she would repeatedly blame me for everything even when I didn't work for 3 days. It felt as if she was out to get me. Sort of prejudice towards me. I texted her a few days ago trying to obtain my last check, she proceeded to disrespect me again. Calling me stupid and all types of stuff. This woman doesn't deserve to have a store at all. She has disrespected me from my first day at the store. I didn't say anything about her or to her that was portrayed as disrespectful. I feel as if she should be gone.

I had glass in my smoothie. I was sucking up smoothie and had a hard piece in it. I spit it out and realized it was glass. Upon further instruction I can see multiple glass shards in the smoothie. This isn't okay and I really am scared I might get very sick from the glass shards in my smoothie. I do not feel this is safe, normal, or remotely acceptable.

At your office on the corner of Richmond and Weslyan. It is 940, Sunday, October 13, someone is inside, and you were supposed to open at nine but she is still preparing and the door is locked.

Your store in bird rhode and 87 Avenue miami supposed to close at 10:00 pm , I walk in at 9:38 pm and was told that I could not get service because they were cleaning. That's retículos you should change closing hours to 9:30 pm that way you employees could go to bed earlier.

I know the price increases was put in place but I have continued to be over charged for a small smoothie. I'm told that is that is what the system says & they can't do anything about it. I called & spoke to a manager at the main smoothie king here in Corpus & was told they had been having a problem but they thought it was only at their store & that they would go back into the system to correct it. Well here I am on week 2 & still being over charged.

I went to a smoothie king in mount Laurel New Jersey yesterday. I had previously visited this store before only to find out they have no Splenda. I can not tolerate their other sugar substitute. So that being said, I purchased my own Splenda and kept it in my car. So I went in the store with my 3 packs of Splenda only to be told that they would not put it in my shake as I purchased it and I Brough it in from the outside. How ridiculous a statement is that. Also I noticed the store is not cleaned and the shelves are always empty and more importantly the staff is very rude. I read all the other comments people have left and Smoothie King has a real public relation problem.

I'm at the smoothie king in st Charles on 5th street and the young boy taking orders has his headphone wireless in with his headset and didn't even look up or acknowledge me standing there to take my order. The young very nice girl asked me if I was ready to order and I said yes. She then pointed to the young boy and said he'll take your order. I said oh ok he hasn't even looked up or acknowledged me so I didn't know. Been there every day this week but will not be back. I'll fimd a new location.

I went to your store in Savannah, Ga on Waters Ave...I to purchase smoothie and my reward didn't scan...I rude cashier to my she could only scan my reward once a day....that is a lie because I would get me a smoothie tiwce a day.....I told her I would not pay full price when I have two dollars off...I left her with a 7 dollar void s few minutes ago....I hate rude people...

I went to the Lemmon location (3909 Lemmon avenue, Dallas,Texas, 75219. I arrived around 10:55ish, went through the drive thru and waited for someone to take my order, 2 mins. Go by and no one tries to take my order. So I began to say hello into the speaker and no one answers so I waited for another two mins. And no one came to take my order. So I finally drive around and walk inside the store. I see two people that are working behind the counter and no on acknowledges me so I stood there waiting for someone to do so and nothing. So the guy finally asks me if I'm going to order anything. So I attempt to put my order in and he seemed so uninterested in me or my order, even though he was very rude I continue to put my order in while he begging to talk to his coworker while I'm trying to tell him what I want in my smoothie. When he finally made my smoothie he begins to question in a very rude way, why I decided to park my vehicle so close to the store and I try to tell him because I thought no one was working since I was at the drive thru for a minute he continues to tell me don't ever park there again with this rude attitude. This young man was super rude and I will never return to this location because of him. I wrote this because that shouldn't be the way any customer should be treated

Good morning, I visited the Smoothie King located at 5207 E Fowler Ave, Temple Terrace, FL. 33617. I just had Lasik done so I had on my sun glasses when I walked in but as I walking in there was no one at the counter. I was looking down because I was trying to find my Smoothie King App on my phone. When I looked up the gentleman was standing at the register. He never greeted me to let me know he was there. So I said hello, and he looked at me with a frown and said what can I get for you. He never said hello back. I am an African American woman and I am hoping that this wasn't a situation of racism. After he did not greet me in return, I said to him that's ok, I don't want anything. I didn't want help from him. I didn't like his attitude and I have gone to this Smoothie King many times in the past and never have I had this experience before.
