Totally stymied using Roxio (Toxio) technical support. Never going to buy Roxio product again. Who is their #1 competitor. This company should go out of business.

WOW!! This Roxio is unreal. I have tried and tried and got tired of trying to get a way to get roxio to send me a resolution on how to get audio on the recording. NO DICE! they kept sending me a link to a pay per minute support team. Dont buy any of their products, its a sham. POS Roxio support team did not want to send me an email nor a phone where I could get just one person to help me.

I am trying to get customer support on line by email contact and can not get past the interface to actually enter the problem or contact anyone. They must be a pretty lame company.

why would this company have a phone for customers to call and charge them to use it? i am fetting discusted with the whole thing. cand imput my unlock code cont get help eith it or anything else

I really wish I had researched Roxio's customer service policies before having paid to download the Cineplex123. Everything everyone here say's is too true; I am getting no response in referance to not being able to activate the software and there is no phone tech support with the exception of the 1.89 a minute listing. What kind of unprofessional crap is this?!
I did get one response telling me that perhaps I might find some answers to my question in their customer forums- way to get out of doing the work guys!

I submitted the comment below. I sent a request for help at the same time I posted that. I still have not heard back from Roxio. Maybe they are too embarassed to answer me - after the last answer they gave me. Well $58 pissed away on 6/3 for "new and improved" Record Now 10 and I still haven't burned a track! What a bunch of wonderful customer oriented people they employ at Roxio. That's right - I almost forgot, it's all coming from Bombay!

I submitted the comment below regarding the response I got from my plea for tech support. Well I resubmitted my request, trying to be as specific as possible in order to elicit an intelligent, helpful reply. Well, dah - here's the reply, "After reviewing your notes, I understand that you are having issues positioning the label image to align properly with the Avery template printer or how to get the titles to print on both sides of the hole with the RecordNow Music Lab 10 Premier software. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. Since this is an issue in printing the CD label, please contact first the manufacturer of the printer so that they can check further the settings of the printer in printing CD labels". PRINTER PROBLEM - Bull Sh_t. What a cop-out!

Roxio S__KS! I’m right there with you pcoccoz and dogbiscuit. I started asking for help with my Record Now 9 on 5/2/10. All of a sudden I could no longer access the Label Creator portion of the program the print labels for the CD’s I was burning. I was told to defrag, clean the registry files, uninstall and reinstall. Nothing they suggested worked. Finally on 5/31/10, I was told they no longer supported the outdated Record Now 9 and they would discount the Record Now 10, $10 to me. Well having really liked the ‘9’ until it crapped out, on 6/3/10 I decided to upgrade to the ‘10’. Well, what a mistake. Compared to the ‘9’, the ‘10’ is a dinosaur. I’ve spent hour after hour trying to figure out the new version of the Label Creator trying to align my labels on the Avery CD Label Sheets, but cannot. After taking a week to respond to my support request, I get the brilliant suggestion from Tech Support that I click on the “Help Center”. Well, dah, what did they thing I had been doing for a week? When I encountered the print alignment problem, about an hour after I had downloaded it, I tried to CALL Tech Support to see what I might be missing in the instructions, only to find out that they wanted $1.89/minute for that help – with no guarantees of resolution. With that, I tried to put a cancellation on my Paypal but it was too late. So now I’m stuck with a $58 program that is absolutely useless to me if I can’t print the labels. I’m forced to either pay to let them try to resolve my problem or buy a totally new program.

i downloaded this roxio nightmare program and i cant get it to work. says program not responding. can't get customer help, can't even get the web site. I think this is a scam. any one else having simular problems?

This number only tells you that the offices are currently closed, anthough I clearly called during office hours. It tells you to go online for email support or live chat, which is NOT what I want. I want to speak to a live person, and this number doesn"t help.

The number provided is the Roxio Pay Per Minute phone line. Go to http://selfserve.roxio.com and login with your Roxio account. Click on 'Additional Contact Options' for the flagship phone line. If you don't have a flagship product, they will NOT BE ABLE to assist you.

I'm a prescriber to the premium photo show.
I was just sent an email where you can do bubbles on your photo show. But thats only on the email that you sent me.
To start a new photo show, I get mussic, arange, captions, title, stickers and borders. I don't see bubbles. How do I get bubbles since I'm a premium subscriber.
