I just sent a grievance and where I was frustrated with the older lady at the counter, I come to find out that he frustration is with the speed at which the pharmacy is moving (or not moving) and she is tired of having to hear nothing but complaints and people angry that they are waiting so long. I never want to blame an innocent person, so my apologies to her but it is still ridiculous the time that people have to wait here. I would never recommend using this pharmacy.

Update: this is my second time in the store, over a hour waiting, my child is still in the car in tears and I am still waiting. The lady at the pharmacy was more pleasant and I am listening to a tech constantly complaining about the wait.

I use the Rite Aid on Hanover Street on occasion because my kids' pediatrician is right down the road. On multiple occasions I have had to sit for over an hour waiting for the prescription to be filled. I have worked with a number of Rite Aid's in central PA and have never had to wait like I do in Carlisle. Today I sit in my car with my son in tears because he feels terrible and I need to get his antiobiotic in him. I try to explain this to the pharmacy staff in which I am met with a blank face and an older women not even responding but in a very condescending tone say to me, "well, are you going to wait?" Of course, I am going to wait as there are no Rite Aids close to me and I am not going home to drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction to get to one. Not only is the wait in edible long always, the service that I received from the women at the pharmacy was intolerable. Please keep in mind that I work at a Rite Aid part time, so I see both sides of situation. There is never a reason to treat customers like that, especially when they are waiting a very long time for their meds.

I returned 2 Tracfones in box they came in with appropriate paperwork and Rite Aid return label on 11/10/21They arrived in Liverpool N.Y on 11/12/21.Just spent 45 minutes on phone trying to find out where my refund is;no one answered.

Rite Aid store # 01754 @ 4390 Richmond Street Philadelphia, Pa 19137 ( Pharmacy Complaint )
On 08 / 06 /2021 wife went to pharmacy to pickup are daughters medications called in by Doctor himself who is a her brain surgeon that sent her home on Tuesday Night 08/04/2021!!
First of all the young male pharmacist was helpful but the young lady behind the counter with him couldn't be more rude, playing with her cell phone. She said we don't have anything for her my wife explained it was called in on 08/05/21 the male pharmacist said something to her and she respond by saying what? like he was bother her playing on her phone.
He told my wife we can fill it for her. He gets high marks for checking and being a professional young man. She gets a zero as a person and being a rude humane being you should do surprise visit to this store its a very nice neighbor and people should feel at ease with people behind the counter.
Its states the pharmacy hours are at 8am they open at 9am please change the hours so people no correct time. Two weeks ago store was open and pharmacy was close at 5 pm gates down no reason why??

I have been trying for the last week on nyc website to get info about vaccines at rite aid. Nothing works. I can't even get far enough to learn that the vaccine is unavailable. Walgreens has wonderful site, even to just show that the vaccine is unavailable

I would like to file a complaint. Your store in Nanticoke Pa,the shift manager talisha is very rude. One of the other employees asked her for help,she told her she wasn't helping her. She was rude when she wrang up my order. Throwing stuff in the bags slamming them in the counter. And talking back to customers. Now I have been a customer of your facility for 30 yrs and I have never been treated that way before. Very disgusted.

After going round and about regarding a RX refill I find myself very disappointed that I actually feel the need to write this. I am waiting on a RX that because of no fault of my own was not filled when needed or should I say necessary. SICK literally SICK. The pharmacy after finally getting it straightened out between them and my doctor are OUT OF STOCK. I'm trusting that it will be in when stated or I will be in worse shape then I am right now.
What other options could have been taken to prevent this. Let me count the ways.

I quit rite aid. The store I am referring to..921 so brookhurst Anaheim CA 92804. The reason.. Your dysfunctional pharmacy personnel. Reason. I made 2 trips to your store during the past week to not run out of my medication. I pointed out to your staff ybthat I would be out of my medication today. Also my physician is very cooperative and does not want me to run out. The outcome-- last week I was told that maybe I could pick up my meds this wednesdsayvthru Friday. Apparently your staff did not care if I went without. Consequently I am immediately transferring my business to another pharmacy which is not connected to Rite aid OR CVS. Really that is how you want to run your business..not caring if your customers are served. By the way I was recently hospitalized because my upper BP measure was in the 200s. Your choice.. You can choose to ignore this feedback and I will let it be known even to those government departments which regulate pharmacies and or you can answer this complaint.

I would like someone to contact me about the Rite Aid in Bridgman Michigan giving me Phena Barb for my dog and rather than giving her the Elixir they gave her a solution, when I called to ask why the med looks so different I was told it was the same thing. I then told them I need to be sure since this little 4.5 pound dog needs the same thing they said oh yes it was a different supplier. Well a few days later my dog started having seizures and they lasted over 24 hours and she ended up in the ER and I ended up with a very large bill! Over $1300.00 When I called them they said oh that was a solution she used to take Elixir!! Now they act like they don't care and that they did nothing wrong. Well I think different and I think they should pay for that bill! They did wrong and admitted that the change could cause seizures well I have the bills to prove it! And that isn't even including my regular vet bill because I took her there first! VERY UNHAPPY!

Your Rite Aid on 320th St. in Federal Way, Wa needs more people to handle the
amount of people. i was in there yesterday to complain on how rude one of your
employees were. Also my doctors office also called about my re-fills and she said
they were no help at all. Otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Ok was on need of a new blood pressure
Device. I bought 3 in a week with no help from manufacturers helpline.
All meters read my pressure was 170/60. They are all not working properly at all. To check it out all the way. O took it to the veterans hosp. For their evaluation. 120/65
My present life needs checking of my blood pressure often. What your selling can kill me and other people

Rite aid in Desert Hot Springs, California is un-lawfully refusing to transfer my families prescriptions. Their 'new' manager Margaret won't make the faxed request because 'she has a problem transferring prescriptions, unless the person is home bound.' Because Hot Springs pharmacy delivers, Margaret doesn't have a problem with those requests. I physically went to the store and spoke with Margaret on Friday 12/08/17, requesting in person as she wouldn't do this transaction by the customary practice of working with another company, and not by my verbal phone request. I should not have to justify my wishes and wants of doing business with one company or another. She has not responded as of this date 1:40pm 12/11/17. Attention corporate office: please fix this problem we have a need in this town for better service and care then you are offering!!!!! Geri D.

I went to Rite-Aid in Woodbury, TN last night and I have never seen such terrible customer service in a retail store. Rather than announce that they are closing soon and to bring any purchases to the checkout like a decent store would do, they treat you like an unwanted guest. They did not allow any purchases and embarrassed customers by being incredibly rude about closing the store exactly at the appointed time. Why would a store allow a customer in for ten minutes then run them off like misbehaved children? A polite announcement could have prevented any misunderstanding. I have never felt like a store didn't want their customers' business until yesterday. They obviously have no concern for new or repeat customers. They only care about closing the doors and leaving. With such poor service and attitude towards their work, I am surprised theirs doors open at all. I will go 20 miles outside of my way for toilet paper before I go back to another Rite-Aid.

Rite aid pharmacy is the best when I need to travel they make sure I get all my medicine Chris and Allison are my pharmacists they make my life so much easier I take a scary medicine and they always make sure I don't have anxiety about it Betsy and Kimberly that work there spend time on the phone helping me and to deal with someone that has anxiety isn't easy these people are my hero's

Dear Ride Aid Customer Service, Ride Aid is a big and very good company. I think I'm going to shopping to Ride Aid every day. Price and quality is very good. I'm so happy to shop at Ride Aid. The thing is cashier. Some of them is so nice but some of them is so rude. Please put the last question before the receipt. Is this cashier nice or not? Very disappointed in the quality of your Pharmacy Many Times I've had problems getting prescriptions the recent one I stood there well the dr. Called in prescriptions 4 for me and I only received one this is in the Sedro-Woolley Washington store the girl at the pickup drive-thru is horrible and won't help you with anything told me that my insurance would not cover a certain inhaler that if they've covered for 20 years that's because she had the wrong person and wrong way have to take my business elsewhere too dangerous in your Pharmacy

On customer appreciation day 12/3/16 i spoke with Steve at Rite-Aid West Oakdale, CA regarding 30% off storewide coupon asking if i could use the coupon i screenshot on my phone i have no printer. He rudely shook his head no and went back working. No apology or explanation. I went back on 12/9 to tell him he was rude to me and because of him i will NO LONGER shop there. This has been mt neighborhood store over 27years. He couldn't have cared less.

I was at the rite aid in Medford, Nj, your cashier was very unprofessional. I told her I didn't remember my PIN number to get the 2.00 dollars off. Instead of helping me find it, she clicked "no thanks" with an attitude. I will never step foot back in your store. The ignorance of your staff is the reason. As I was in line, your staff was making a purchase and was so disrespectful about her mother. I walked out to my car, vowing to drivr the extra 2 miles than deal with such people that work there. Hopefully you will look into this and realize how your store is being managed.

I frequent rite aids Dearborn, MI location and the pharmacy department is very racist if you are not Arabic you get very poor service. I am tired of the treatment given at the pharmacy but really refuse to accept that even though I have been coming to this store for many years I will no longer be able to bring my prescriptions here until they get a mixing pot of nationalities to treat people equal at the 5650 Schaefer location
