out source call center stinks you ask for a supervisor and they put you on for 20 plus minutes. I hate calling them because it's a waste of time.

Thank god i switched banks the pnc bank in south whitehall on Broadway is a joke. The old lady who says shes is the supervisor is rude and nasty. Refuses to give change to a business. I own two businesses and because pnc bank has a supervisor employee like they do in the broadway location they just lost a good customer. I think they need to rehire new employees.

I am very unhappy with how long it takes to get through to a human being to get answers on anything. I don't want to jump through 10 hoops to get to a person for a generic question. I don't have that kind of time to wait on the phone. I still have not spoken to a live person.

The worst ever banking experience for me. So bad I refinanced my auto through my credit union. The phone automation system is a wreck. PNC, wake up you are in the same category as Bank Of America and Wells Fargo....idiots that don't value the customer. But then again why should they when the government bails them out. To big to fail, yea right! LET THEM FAIL THE NEXT TIME.

Why do you not have the business hours for the Brownsville Pa 15417 location for Saturdays listed on your web site. I need to get cash out of my acct tomorrow morning and Browsville is my bank.

I am an existing mortgage holder with PNC. On 4/4/14 I went to PNC Office in Hunt Valley MD to discuss refinancing and rolling my personal checking/savings with PNC. Also consolidating my school loan. I never heard so I went back to same person on around 4/22/14 and discussed with same person. He was going to look into it. On 4/28/14 I was discussed with it all and called the representative and he again looked into it and called me back to tell me someone would call me today. She did at 5:50 pm and left me a message. I returned her call 5/29/14/ 10:04am and never received a call back. On 4/30/14 the representative from Hunt Valley called to see if I received call I said yes I returned her call 24 hours ago and she has not responded yet. I told him I would call her again ASAP. I did and she never apologized just she was in meets all day the prior day but never anything on the 3 weeks it took??? So I told her that I would not be interested in putting my business with PNC and she sasy OK AND PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME!!! I will not stay with PNC and will not recommend them to anyone and I am in the Insurance Business.

Don't ever go to a PNC Bank. They are the worst ever!!!! You can't talk to anyone and if you do leave a message, they never call you back. All you get is a run-around. If I could give negative ratings to them I would I am still waiting for my interest statement so I can file my taxes. It is February 18, 2014. They are supposed to be mailed out by the end of January. I have yet to get an answer as to where my form is. I am going to a lawyer tomorrow. NEVER, NEVER use PNC Bank!!!!! Any ideas where I can go next?

This bank does not seem to know the meaning of Customer SERVICE! I have spent over two hours being transferred from person to person with absolutely no satisfactory action being taken on anyone's part. One manager gave me an address for the Escalation Department but told me they could not be reached by telephone. I went online and found a number and started over again. After 25 more minutes I was told that the person I needed to speak to was "in a meeting" I finally got his name and hopefully his telephone number...but he has yet to answer me!

NEVER GO TO PNC BANK IN DOVER DE STATE ST . There manager is no idea how run branch . I been keeping patient with then for 1 year now & they never have enough staff . Manager does nothing about it . She never help even though there is big line : this people should close the branch . How date they don't pay attention to customer services .

WORST BANK EVER. You get different answers from a teller inhouse, virtual customer service and email. All they do is spout from a form letter and handbook versus actually attempting to correct an issue. I have been attempting to get my original free checks for 65 days. They say we'll order but when I follow up 10 business days later only to find out they did not yet order. Amazing yet they keep asking me for my account number, which they actually tell me is on my checks. Huh? My 7 year old niece can figure out that I wouldn't have it if I had no check. Their system has defaulted my correct addess no less than 10 times randomly and the main account address doesn't correct it in all places. This of course has caused multiple transactions tying up cash. I have yet to have one positive encounter with this bank.

I brought a homeless day worker to PNC to cash a check drawn on my account. The Sanford branch manager had the personal discretion to waive the $10 fee and help the guy out, but wanted to be a selfish petty and refused. I complained that all their smiley talk about customer service is hypocritical phony lip service. SO guess what? For daring to complain about a policy you might disagree with - they canceled our accounts! Two business checking accounts and a Merchant Service account. How? In the typical way you would expect a machine-like uncaring big bank to act: a form letter in the mail, unsigned because no one had the courage to call or face us. This is the same type of â??smiley customer serviceâ?? attitude PNC uses when they foreclose and drag grandma out of her house and throw her onto the curb. AVOID PNC and move your money to a local, truly caring credit union. When more of us, the People, do this then the heartless, backstabbing bully big banks will change.

My girlfriend received a call from an online company that someone had used her check card information to order a suspicious package. Upon confirming it was fraudulent, the company suggested the steps of contacting her bank, etc. and that every bank had 24/7 fraud support.

Apparently not PNC, which despite insisting the need to "immediately" report the fraud in the Help section on their website, routes all their calls through the same customer service number which is open til 10pm EST on weekdays and 5pm EST on weekends. Since this occurred at 7pm on a sunday, she now has no recourse.

The automated system on the phone also unceremoniously hangs up on the customer after informing them they just wasted 20 minutes of their time wrangling their awkward phone system and to call back during business hours.

I been a pnc customer since April 2013 never missed a payment but on 9/5/2013 could not pay it online so have to go to the bank the next day Which that was the due date I pay it and I just found out they did a late fee $25 I call them being really calm and nice

The rep. say he will lift the late fee off but this only one time they will do this so I have to call them around wed.

Very angry at the way pnc treated me when their atm failed to give me my money but yet deducted it from my account,elkhart In,I went straight inside manager told me she got an automated call telling her machine was malfunctioning but still refused to give me my cash.Said I had to file dispute and machine had to be balanced.I explained withdrawl was all the money I had and I need it.That didn't matter.I called following morning she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about,Then told me it could take up to 14 days. My only fault was going to their facility and I'm being treated like some criminal for their faulty equipment. I am contacting BBB. They put my family in a dire situation and basically told me tough crap. Should not be allowed to treat people in that manner.This is just bad business and it will be reported and I am done with this bank simply trashy ethics. angry in elkhart

I am very frustrated that I have been unable to speak to anyone after many calls to the bank, I was even told by your off handed employee Smaragea Davis that you don't have email!
I need to speak to someone in the Trust department. I wanted to buy a house that the trust department were selling as executors. I am a cash buyer and wanted to close the deal in 4 weeks, this house had been on the market for a year, then suddenly there was another buyer. I think as I am British I was discriminated against or the agent had a "prefered" buyer.

I Payed Off My Mortgage Of $48,000.00 In December 2012 And Got A Registered Check From Pnc For The Payoff, I Asked The Teller If My Account Would Change And If There Would Be A Fee Now That I Don't Have That Money In My Account, She Said No You Would Not Be Charged. Guess What They Have Been Taking Out $25 Dollars A Month From My Account And I Just Noticed It On June 21, 2013 So That Is 175.00 Dollars For Nothing, I Complained And They Refuned $50 Dollars And Said Thats All They Could Do, So Corporate Office Call Me Today (6-26-2013) And Told Me There Will Not Be Giving Me Anymore Money Back And The Case Will Be Closed And I Said I Wanted To Talk With Someone Higher Up And Patrick Burning Said There Is Know One And This Is It, Im The Highest At This Will Go!!!!! Im So Pissed I'm Closing My Account Next Week And Just Beware Of Pnc Bank!!!!!!!!

I have a very,very,very serious problem with the Carnegie Branch, Pittsburgh PA. The Federal Banking Regulatory Agency have review some of my e-mail communication with these people ; they tell me there is enough maleficence to file a formal complaint. They, along with my attorney,suggested that I contact PNC Corperate offices, just to see what they had to say; before this complaint is made offical. I tried; geezz what a fruiting mistake !!!!! I recieve the most bizzare respond, holy cow. I think the lady I talked to didn't even know what a bank was. She was definitely hired so that you would give up. DON'T , I'm not. Just for POOPS and giggles, try to resovle your issue at this number :

today is June 17 2013 and I have been on the phone with PNC Bank all day trying to get some information about my car note I have been transferred all over the place the person that is handling my note will not answer his phone nor does he return calls I have to agree with everyone out there PNC BANK IS THE WORSE BANK EVER please do not go to PNC BANK

I paid my car loan in full and ive been waiting for my title for over a month so that I can ship my car out of state. I've been dealing with pnc bank for over a month now with no solution. Its been the most frustrating experience!!

I worked for National City Bank. I was a telephone banker at their call center in Michigan. Trying to give real customer service was frowned upon. I'm not kidding. The bank was doomed because they had NO ability to retain customers. When the economy sunk, this bank's "growth model" became a joke. Assets were sold to various financial institutions and PNC became the new National City. I'm still a customer although I thankfully am no longer employed there. Same old same old. Try a different institution folks. I rarely use my PNC account for anything.

PNC customer service is anything but customer service. I have been dealing with a problem for three months with no resolution. I have faxed legal documents four times and emailed the same at least twice. Still they have not updated their system. I constantly get put on hold for extended periods of time. They are very reluctant to give you a supervisors name and direct number. I high recommend anyone needing a loan to go elsewhere. PNC is a big disappointment.

PNC has a "consistent" problem with keeping their website up and they don't even have the common courtesy to alert their customers whom they allegedly value that they are having problems!
Since they don't pay anything but "pennies" on customers savings accounts and they charge high interest to borrowers , they should have enough cash flow to invest in technology to avoid or at least reduce these random down incidents.
This is irritating!!!!!!
