The most horrible loan modification experience in my life. They got my first attempt declined, because they turned my paperwork over to processing when I was missing documents. I was assigned a representative that never answers the phone. Takes 2-5 days to return my call, am not able to speak with anyone else. I think they are purposely trying to stall so I go into foreclosure. Very unprofessional, unorganized and horrible people to work with.

NCM notified of taxes in arrears on 8/14 based upon the escrowed amount being sent to the wrong tax center by NCM. Promised that they would be reviewed and paid asap. 9/10, still not paid. Talked to Chris Burkee (sp) @ 1-800-367-9305 ext 58090 and was told he would pull my file, get the payment approved and call me to let me know when this was done. 9/23, left message w/Chris, no response. 9/25, left message w/Chris, no reponse. 9/28, left message w/Chris, no response. Why do they call it customer service anyway?
