I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the 2012 Mazda six I purchased as a new car . After one year, the car required a state inspection. The car failed that inspection because the bolt used in the exhaust system were defective and fill out. Yet Maxda did not notify me of that.I had leased the car and then bought the lease. As soon as I bought the lease, I was advised of the airbag recall despite the fact Mazda knew about the recall prior to my purchasing lease, that information was not conveyed to me. Then there was a recall for the door locks. Then the sub frame Rotted which ended up being another recall issue now with 70,000 miles on my car ,a car that is well-maintained and driven locally, I need a new transmission. The transmission has inexplicably failed. It appears that Mazda utilized subpar parts in every aspect of this car. I am completely disgusted and disheartened by the product and the misrepresentations of Mazda Be advised that I am seeking legal counsel with regard to any available remedies I may have to address Mazdas Deceptive acts and practices.

JESUS CHRIST STOP PLAYING THAT COMMERCIAL. The really stupid one that has the song that sounds like they're singing,' Now and forever.' The commercial that Is constantly, and I mean to and three times per commercial break is the same Mazda commercial on sling television. We're thinking about getting rid of the sling television to get rid of Mazda. I cannot tell you how much my wife and I loathes and I hate your commercial that plays constantly on the air here. We will never ever in 1000 years by a Mazda. My father had an RX7 in the 80's but the constant loop of yr ad with the guy looking at the firmament with a fake tear running down his face is nauseating. No idea what yr selling btw either so if it's a lifestyle? Then your life sucks.

Hi , just relaying my experience at maple shade Mazda service in maple shade nj. 2921 north route 73. I took it in for broken power window passenger side. I signed sheet which had price for repair when I dropped off. When I called to see if it was finished, they told me and that the sheet I signed did not include the price of the part , or they thought I prepaid for the part , thus the price I signed for was now $200 plus more. Seems kind of misconception, I paid for repair but was not happy how it was handeled.
