Today I am a long time customer of Labcorps and today I had blood drawn at 8th and Chestnut St, Philadelphia,PA site. I am writing to let you know how expert the technician who drew my blood was. I have very difficult veins, but Tylia quickly and efficiently accomplished the task. She is very skilled. Thank you.

Your labcorp at 1330 Powell St. Norristown Pa. 19401.

The lady at the desk not nice to customers when they sign in. She told the one at 10 45 not taking any other patients. When she explained the person doesn't drive she can be heard saying get the F-k out of here more then once. She's like I just want to go home. I was waiting after signing in for 20 minutes to be told that she could not take me and I would have to come back Monday. She's like we don't have the right tubes?? Like seriously your setting at your desk and could not say this sooner. The service at this office very poorly done and the way they talk to patients is wrong.

I think LabCorp needs to look into the Hillsborough NJ area. today I had blood drawn from Aliya A and I had asked for a butterfly needle because the last time I was there they used a regular need for 5 viles of blood which went through my vein. well she was horrible she was mad that I asked for this and jabbed the needle into my arm and after taking the needle roughly put the bandage on it which was bleeding profusely and now where she put the needle the vein is raised. This should not be happening.

Unbelievably negligent. At the Duke Street location this morning, the receptionist REFUSED to follow my doctor's directive to fax the report to a different office DUE TO IMMEDIATE CONCERNS OVER A DEADLY BLOODCLOT. He did further research overnight, after he wrote the order, and determined he needed the report immediately after my test, and since he would be in a different office the next day, he needed it faxed to a different number. I tried to explain this after my blood was drawn, and the receptionist REFUSED to go into the system to change the fax number. Because I had not given her the new number "in the proper order" - before my blood was drawn. When I pointed out that she undoubtedly had access to her office's own reports - and could thUS change it - she continued to tell me I had not done it in the proper order. Repeated it like a parrot - five or six times. She refused to answer any follow up questions.
WHY is a corporation like this still in business? This office has a rating of 2.6 out of 5 stars. Bottom line - MEDICAL MALPRACTICE.

I visited your location at Wesley Chapel in Florida, I have never experience such rude, unprofessional, obnoxious, on 05/28/21 with Jalpa Patel, this lady was so nasty to me and then to her colleague Kristin Willison. She asked a few questions, literally threw my paperwork to Kristin said look see if he is okay and walked away. I was so appalled that this lady unprofessionalism, she did not even say please to her colleague but treated her like she was a no body. Kristin was very helpful and very professional but she does not deserve to be treated like this especially in front of clients. I went the following day to your location in Brandon Florida where there were two nurses who were very professional and kept apologizing because they were short staffed that day. I mentioned my experience at the Wesley Chapel and the lady that was drawing my blood knew right away who I was talking bout. If Jalpa is a representative of your company then its bad.

I have NEVER been treated with such disprespect. I was shocked. The person at the check-in window was rude, dismissive, and did everything she could to demean me.

I have been trying to make an appointment at their Civic Center, Scottsdale, AZ location...all I get is a busy signal, the online does not work. After calling customer service I was informed that the location is closed. Why isn't this obvious on their website? Just ridiculous, waste of time.

I just waited 45 minutes ( I was the only person in the office) just to pick up supplies to do a fecal test. I ended up leaving because not one person came out to see what I needed. The lady at the front desk was too busy on the her phone to even get up and let them know I was there. I walked out without my supplies and calling my doctor to tell them what happened and to not send her patients there again. Quest is right across the street and don't treat people this way.

I recently gave a urine specimen at the Labcorp at Walgreens in Edgewater, MD
I am very concerned over the sanitary conditions of the restroom. It is clearly not wiped down after each use. Given the current Pandemic, I would appreciate your investigation of this matter.

I've tried numerous times to make an appointment over the phone. With no luck. If you can't make an appointment over the phone then I'm not going to go so you lost money. forget it. I'm sick of being a number.

The place looks dirty, the windows are filthy. The receptionist is rude and does not adhere to the policies of the lab. The policy states that only 7 people are allowed in the office at one time. When I was in there at lease 8 patients where waiting in the lobby, and Tamela stated that she could not let me wait outside and I had to remain in the lobby. This would have been 9 people. Tamela is rude and very brassy. I will not return to this location again. This is a disgrace. The address if the place is 15423 N Dale Mabry Hwy Ste 101, Tampa, FL 33618

I made an appointment online. Entered all insurance info then. Get to the lab and you have to use their kiosk and scan drivers license and all insurance info again. Get called to the desk and again they scan all your insurance again. Its no wonder they are always behind.

very first experience with labcorp was horrible. understaffed and dismissive of patient concerns at montlimar location in mobile, alabama on Jan.17th 2020. i finally walked out. i have never in 65 years been treated so poorly by any medical service or medical professional. i am filing complaint with humana care as well. went to your providence location and was treated extremely well. courteous and professional. answered my questions and very quickly preformed my blood draw.

orrible experience. This was awful. I went with my 15 month old son for his CBC and lead level. I had made an appointment 1 week prior. All supplies should have been readily available since this was a scheduled appointment. The lab tech used an extremely large boar butterfly and missed his antecubital area on his right arm and continued to "fish" and dig around missing his vein. She then asked another lab technician if she wanted to attempt to get his blood. However she left the needle in his arm while asking the technician this and the other tech asked her to take the needle out of his arm. The other lab technician then went to get a vein in his hand again with an adult size butterfly because they said they ran out of the pediatric needles because the employee who was supposed to be doing the ordering was on a week vacation. This is extremely unacceptable as you could've had a carrier bring more pediatric needles to that facility. There is no reason that a facility should be out of their supplies. And if they are they should make the patients aware prior to any scheduled appointment and not attempt to use the wrong equipment for a blood draw on a pediatric patient. The new technician who is the one who signed off on his lab draw use the large butterfly in his left hand and did get his blood however the other lab tech who missed the first time accidentally let his hand go and his hand was flailing around with a needle in it and blood going everywhere.Also he was supposed to be getting three vials of blood and only got one and a quarter because the other lab tech let his hand go. I was holding my child and would've been more than happy to hold his hand and I would not have let go. It was the worst experience I have ever been through and completely unprofessional and inappropriate. There never should be a lack of supplies because somebody is on vacation. I will never go there again. And I probably still do not have the appropriate labs because there is probably not enough blood.

This is Alta Lapoint, invoice number 70595902; LCA Collections Account billed me for $86.63 on 12/16/19. This balance was paid through online payments from PNC Bank and cleared on 11/6/19 for $20.00 AND AGAIN ON 12/4 19 FOR $67.00. (I even over paid by .37 cents.) In fact the $20.00 payment was not accepted and re-entered into my account by PNC. This has happened every time I've had a balance they say I haven't paid, that has been PAID! I resent getting these Collection letters; some one in billing has to do their home work before sending them out!On the invoice is a number to call, which is a joke because I've never received that option when I tried to call.

The person you have working in the Ventnor, NJ location; her name is Tia. She's rude and very short with patients. Her customer skills need to improve or communicate the information efficiently to the customer so they know what can and can't be done once you're in the clinic.

I have always had a great visit at Labcorp and great service as well.I went to Labcorp in Dunnellon Fl. on the 22nd of this month at 10:22am, there was a lady with black hair working that day as I sat there and watched her be rude to every customer there but one,than she talked about another customer to a customer I felt very uncomfortable while I was there, I have never felt like that before when I have come there. I will not go to Labcorp for service if she is there.I'm very apologize,Have a Blessed day.

I just went to your lab Corps in Wilmington North Carolina to pick up a sputum cup after waiting an hour and a half waiting room I finally gave up. I've never seen any place runs so inefficiently with so little regard for the patients. A woman was there that donated a kidney and was supposed to give a urine sample and she told the woman at the desk that she couldn't hold her urine any longer and the woman told her she had to sit down and wait her turn.

Why can't we speak to someone "live" in labcorp? I don't want to talk to billing I want to talk to a customer service representative. Why don't you have a phone number for customer service?

Cottonwood Arizona. Completly RUDE!! Will never return to labcorb. I have leukemia and have to have many blood draws per year, they have been horrably rude many times. This was the last time!!

Made an appointment actually two of them.waited over an hour and kept being told i was next saw myself that two people after me went before me.i proceded then to ask what the confusion is was then tokd that they are here for drug test..that has nothing ti do with me i had two appointments..they were a walk in..the lady was very rude at desk and told me that she aint going to be dealing with no problems very rude loud others heard..i was very embarresed.ladies name is yolanda at the facility..she greatly needs training and direction on talking to customers..

Horrible "pediatric collection" experience at LabCorp on Beaverton Blvd., Brick, NJ.
Phlebotomist abrupt.
Facility messy.
Majority of the staff were rude.
Pediatric Collection facilities need a baby/child friendly, private area.
