I came last Saturday morning in to Labcorp for my appointment. While I was there, employees were taking in walkins with no appointment. For a while, the employees had time to chat and have fun instead of calling people in.

Today Saturday I walked in with no appointment myself. I tried making the appointment online with my phone but the system kept kicking me out. For some reason, the employees didn't want to take me in even though they wete sitting down chatting and laughing. What's worse is that the waiting room area was almost empty. I was willing to wait until they had an opening. They said NO.

Labcorp employees need to be fair to everyone!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I've been treated rudely at LAB Corp. the first time the technician injured me by tying the tourniquet too tightly. I didn't report it.
This time there was no one at the front desk to ask questions. I could hear personal conversations so called to see if anyone was available. I checked in at the kiosk but it asked if I had fasted. I called out and no one answered. I waited for a few minutes and called out again. Was rudely told they heard me the first time. I said I called out because no one manned the front desk for several minutes. Nikki Wright was extremely rude. AJ came out and explained I did not need to fast and drew my blood in a very professional and kind manner. It seems you do not have proper supervision and quality control for your technicians. I will try to avoid using Lab Corp in the future. Your organization idoes not show proper respect for patients.

I have had 4 appts. with LabCorp because my insurance WELLCARE decided to change from Quest to this company (which has been a HUGE dis-service to their insured), If they were looking to get cheaper, they got it, to the disadvantage of patients.
At Quest the check in was always so simple, They ALWAYS have 2 people to check you in and at least 3 techs to draw your blood.
I have yet to experience any efficient customer service at labcorp on all 4 appts..

At QUEST I was used to making an appt. which was seldom every delayed, so I did here for all 4 appts. and did not get to see the tech as late as 1 hour and 15 mins on 1 appt., When I complained that I had a 10 o'clock appt other people waiting spoke up that they had appts for 9, 9:30 and 9:45
I do not understand why they allow you to set an appt. time every 15 mins.,when you are not capable of performing the service. (MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS YOURS).
I do not understand why the lab tech is doing 2 jobs by checking you in and drawing your blood. nor the fact that you hire temps that ARE NOT familiar with the process nor terminology...On 1 occasion I looked over and saw the tech with a handful of papers explaining to the temp what to enter and where.
ALSO IN LONGWOOD,Fl. THE CHECK IN KIOSK PLATFORM WHERE YOU WOULD PLACE YOUR ID CARD IS BROKEN OFF.... If you want cheap you get cheap at labcorp

Was on Mass Pike today and one of your drivers was weaving all over the lanes . We blew the horn multiple times and took pictures when we got beside him it was an older bald small framed man that looked delirious !!. I seriously hope he did not cause an accident. Friday August 16 at 6:30 near Lee MA. Please hire safer drivers - it went on for 10 minutes and very scary. A huge liability also.

I just went to get bloodwork done. This place has always been a joke. Only the guy is able to get blood from me 1st time with out hurting me. Today a new asian lady, sorry I didnt get her name as I dont like to look at the needle going in and then my eyes were closed as she stabbed a nerve that ran down the side of my outer arm and when I said something I was told to breath and sit still! Are you kidding me? Then she tried to offer me water but wouldn't let me out of the chair. I finally had to ask her of I could leave. This is the only puke place my insurance will cover and with my health issues right now I am afraid to stand up to them and tell them off cause I have to come back every 3 months.

Labcorp is a terrible company. I have 2 Labcorp's near me, and nobody answers their phones. There isn't a voice mail or automated prompts. Nothing. I called the only telephone number on-line I could find, and they called both locations, and no answer. I asked for a telephone number for the company, there is none available, nor is their a telephone number for customer support. They do not care about their patients. I cannot understand how they've dominated this industry as irrrsponsible and uncaring as they are.

I go to Labcorp often when Tech takes my blood they seem to think it's ok to to set gauze on arm rest then put same side that was on arm rest on my arm for bandage. The Tech then said we clean every night she just didn't get it

Came for simple blood and urine test, the amount of people ahead of me have been seen and yet and still I have been in the waiting area 30 minutes so far!! I'm visiting the 52nd and Cedar location. Message to headquarters...you all need to put some corparate supervisors at these locations, because that is most likely the reason why your workers exhibit such poor customer service.

On 6/20/19 I visited the Little Egg Harbor location for fasting blood work. I have a severe vision disability and was unable to register with the kiosk. I asked for assistance and the only offer was to guide me through the kiosk. They would not do any of the input of information. Inability to see the screen precluded me from registering. Due to the poor service and probable disability discrimination I leave Lab Corp after 20 years of being a customer. There should be a warning on the appointment screen "If You Have A Vision Disability Make an Appointment with Another Lab" as we offer no services to assist customers.

on monday, april 30. i went to labcorp at 7301 w. palmetto park rd, boca raton, florida. when i arrived, i was the only person there. there were two women in the office. one woman took my information and i was left sitting in the waiting room for more than 1/2 hour. two patients arrived and was ignored. i eventually left without having blood drawn and went to another facility (specifically not labcorp). don't know how you stay in business with that kind of employee(s).

My experience at Labcorp today in Cape Coral, FL on Del Prado Blvd was so disheartening. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes watching the receptionist treat every patient so rudely. Never taking a moment to say hello or smile or say anything pleasant. I understand you see hundreds of patients but how hard is it to smile and answer a patients questions pleasantly? My treatment was no different. In addition to that, The waiting room was dirty and run down. It's a sad day when let the dignity of a human being fall by the wayside. If a person doesn't like their job I understand, but please find another job that doesn't bring you in direct contact with other human beings.

On the other hand, The phlebotomists was extremely kind and pleasant something that was in short supply in that entire office.

I will never return to that office.

Terrible customer service! Had the automated check in and a sign at the window that said "if checked in and not seen within 30 minutes see the desk". Problem was there was only 1 person working doing all jobs so there was no one at the desk. I waited 1 1/2 hours!! I asked to have results sent to 2 doctors. I was told they could only send to the doctor who ordered them. They are my results!!! I ordered them!!! I am there, they know it's me!!! Send my results wherever I tell them! She gave me a number for client services but it was the wrong number. Now nobody answers at there location. UGH!!! Also there was an elderly lady that could not figure out the automated check in and other patients waiting ended up trying to help her! For goodness sakes hire 1 more person!!! Even if just for a few hours in the morning!!

I went to Labcorp in Bryn Mawr to have blood drawn. The woman who works there ushered me in and mumbled to me to be seated which I dud a waited fir her to get ready. The vacutainer with needle attached rolled off the table on to the floor and I just glanced over and looked at it while the woman picked it up and pulled the needle shield off. She began bellowing at me with fingers fluttering,."what are you looking at like a street fighter".very confrontational. I want to report this individual and therefore, I need to kindly speak to someone from LabCorp Customer service.

My father showed up in the lab, first they told him they cannot find my mom's order and they see only his order for the lab!!! Fine!!! One week after my dad had doctor appointment and the lab told the doctor's office that they cannot find the result even though they remember my dad being there and they drew his blood 4 test tubes!!!! They told me the technician's name is Lenida. When I called the supervisor she said nothing can be done unless he does it again! No one is responsible for this! My dad does not want to do this again! This is very unprofessional! Nobody working like this should have a LICENSE!!!! This is very dangerous for people. Very dishonest and unprofessional people! I asked them who pays for my dad's doctor visit again!???My dad should not visit the doctor twice when lab makes a mistake! He has to be inconvenient going after doctor because someone else made a mistake. Someone should be responsible here. What happened to my dad's blood???????????? they threw it away???????? I want the result!!!!
I want to make sure those people who work there lose their job because they do not % 100 know what they are doing!!!!!

My neighbor currently employed as a driver for your company uses the company car for personal use. His wife drives the car daily. The liability the company is taking on is huge especially with her health condition. Insurance premiums is a part of the companies revenue and not sure why such an open policy of allowing company cars to be driven by spouses and for personal use. Obviously I could be paying a little less for your services with basic guidelines regarding company vehicles. I am hoping when citizens call n or present such a situation he company will investigate and take necessary steps to keep cost down for those utilizing the companies services.

Unfortunately, most people go to the lab designated on the header of the order form from the doctor and do not think their experience will be bad. I mean how bad can it it be, right? You are just giving bodily fluids and or particles for testing. Sadly, sometimes the experience is tainted from the time you open the door. It is either the reception, lab tech (often the same person who is holding down two or more positions at the same time), billing or, the human replacement online portal. Heaven forbid you ever speak to a person after the sample is taken. Good luck with that. They send a nice email quickly after your tests to tell you the results are ready. Nothing on the portal. You think you messed up your registration on the portal. Nope, that is not it. Everything is current except your recent results are not entered. You wait a few days, checking throughout each day. No results. Then, you know your doctor is busy but you call the office. No results. No fax, no email. You ask your question on the portal explaining the problem hoping for a reply. It does not come. Then you spend three days trying to reach the lab. Remaining on hold and then the system hangs up on you before you get to talk to anyone. Finally found a corporate number and after 9 minutes speak to a human. The results are in!!! But, they can not tell you over the phone. They will have to send them to the doctor (again, they say). The receptionist says there was not an address on the order form so the results have nott synced up, this despite the name, date of birth, city and phone numbers are all on file. Geez.
Do nott use LabCorp if you have a choice. It may be too late if you are reading this as you consider writing a review of the care you received or did not receive.

I had labs drawn 3 weeks ago. I understand you had problems with your computers. I think 3 weeks is too lng to address it. My provider has not been able to access them. Can you tell me when they will be available? I am ok but people could be seriously impacted.

I went in to labcorp at 19016 Stone Oak Pkwy. When I walked in I told the two people at the from (Joseph Maldonando and "other person") that I was here for a drug screen. They stared at me for a few seconds without saying anything while looking me dead in eyes. That laughed and said "kiosk is right behind you." This is where the rudeness started. I didn't see the kiosk when I walked in. Then I get called back by Joseph Maldonado to take me screen. He had me empty my belongings and gave instruction on how to do the drug screen. He told me to wash my hand before and not flush. So I did. When i came out he told me to wash "again, " which I did. He said "that was a quick wash." I said, " I washed like you asked me to." He said, "that was a quick wash, would you use hand sanitizer before touching my pen." I told him "no, I would not because I wash my hands with soap and water like he asked. "He then said, "are you going to use your own pen?" I said "no i am not." He then kept asking me to sanitize, finally after arguing with him I I was going to make a complaint for harassing me on the sanitizer before touching his pen after I washed my hands. He made me feel "dirty" and announced to everyone in the lobby and front desk about how I was going to report him for harassment. I'm terribly disappointed with my treatment.

I visited the Annapolis Rd location Glen Dale MD Saturday morning May 19 2018. My husband was having very bad tightness of the chest from Open Heart Surgery in March 2017. I asked at the receptionist desk how many people there were ahead of him. One of your personell told me that if his chest she told me why don't you take him to the ER then. We waited from 9.40 until 11.30 or after before he was registered. The lady at the desk got very smart with me.

Was just at Denville NJ location. Employees were busy watching the Royal wedding rather than wait on full room of people. I said something that no one is drawing blood and they got pissed for interrupting their fun. When it was my turn the woman hurt me and bruised me up. But I am sure nothing will happen and this type of customer service will just continue.

I went to the LabCorp site on Township Line Road in Havertown PA this morning at 6:30AM. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Both women working there were extremely rude. They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in or while I was sitting there. I was finally spoken to with an attitude concerning my visit. I was unsure of a few things since this was my first time dropping off samples. The woman answered me very annoyed and seemed bothered by my questions. I was told to take my samples to the back counter, which I was unsure it's location. I was yelled at like a child and was provided no assistance. I left the office upset, angry, and I actually started crying. I was there to drop off samples for my six year old son hoping to find a cause for his illness. I did not need to be spoken or treated the way I was. If it wasn't for my insurance making me go to LabCorp I would choose some where else. The individuals working there clearly do not like their job or care about the patients coming to them. People go to LabCorp not because they want to, but because they need to, for medical answers. We should be treated with compassion and some kindness. It was an absolute disgrace the way I was treated and these women should be held accountable. I am reading nothing but bad reviews about LabCorp and their personal service. LabCorp should really start working on that very important skill.
