Unbelievably negligent. At the Duke Street location this morning, the receptionist REFUSED to follow my doctor's directive to fax the report to a different office DUE TO IMMEDIATE CONCERNS OVER A DEADLY BLOODCLOT. He did further research overnight, after he wrote the order, and determined he needed the report immediately after my test, and since he would be in a different office the next day, he needed it faxed to a different number. I tried to explain this after my blood was drawn, and the receptionist REFUSED to go into the system to change the fax number. Because I had not given her the new number "in the proper order" - before my blood was drawn. When I pointed out that she undoubtedly had access to her office's own reports - and could thUS change it - she continued to tell me I had not done it in the proper order. Repeated it like a parrot - five or six times. She refused to answer any follow up questions.
WHY is a corporation like this still in business? This office has a rating of 2.6 out of 5 stars. Bottom line - MEDICAL MALPRACTICE.
