Your site is not user-friendly re y motherboard INTEL THREE DG41RQ THE 3 CAPITAL LETTERS DO NOT RESPOND WHEN I PASTE THEM EVERY WEAY THAT IS POSSIBLE AN ROR eng: IN TRYING TO ENTER ANYTHING to enter in eng: is so stupid it asks for a certain format and when I differ AND MIRROR THE mirror THE WAY IT WANTS INFO ENTERED THE ANSER IS UNSACTORY/ iAM ANNOYED OT THE SECURITY YOU INSTALLED FOR THIS MOTHERBOARD and I cannot install and I can not install it If can'T use it so please attend toto the problem e-mail an attachment with the letters diagram of the computer and a list of th components on it if this is confusing , please read it again unl you undestand my problem.

I put in a warranty claim for a processor under warranty. It was a clear-cut case of product failure and the customer service team asked me for my mailing address to send me a new product. Since then, I have updated my ticket 3x over the past two weeks asking when I would be contacted again - all of which have had no response. I have now opened a new ticket to complain about my previous ticket. Three weeks with no resolution for a straight forward warranty replacement? Absolutely ridiculous.

Hello...I have a question regarding my Intel apex tablet.....my SD I inserted went in wrong and I can't find where it slid to...I will contact you guys tomorrow...but I was wondering how to get it out
