I have spent a long time today trying to register my new larder fridge.

The form has been rejected 5 times for different reasons:

1 The serial number was not recognised (It was correct)

2 The price must be entered in numbers.

I now have a message telling me to ring
I am told I am 2nd in the queue and will be answered in 1 minuteI have held for over 10 minutes and the message did not vary.

I am reluctant to post the warranty in case the information I give is unacceptable

My mom bought me a compact refrigerator back in June for my college dorm. The unit worked fine and then one day it just stopped working and I had to throw all of the food I had in it out. My mom called the customer service line and let them know about the refrigerator and they asked for pictures and paperwork in order to send us a replacement refrigerator. Once my mom had done all of that they finally sent us the replacement refrigerator, but the replacement refrigerator had a huge dent in it. My parents were confused as to why they chose to send us a dented refrigerator, but none the less we contacted customer service and let them know and sent them pictures and went through more paperwork in order to get another replacement.

we waited for a month and never received the replacement. My mom constantly called customer service asking about the status of our order and one guy told her the order

was processed Dec.11 and that he

would email the tracking number for our unit and we should receive it the refrigerator last Monday or Tuesday from today ( a few days before Christmas). My mom never received a tracking number nor did

we receive a refrigerator. At this point my family is frustrated to the point of thinking about a law suit on Haier. I told my mom I would call and pose as her because she can sometimes be a little to nice

when it comes to getting

what

we deserve. I had did my research on the customer service so I

was expecting the

worst

which is what I got. I told the each rep I talked to I

wanted a refund and they could keep their stupid refrigerator which

would probably be a messed up one again, but no one could help me "approve" the refund and that they would have to transfer me to a supervisor, but every "supervisor" I spoke to couldn't help me either. One lady said she would send an email to the "executives" asking to put in the refund request and that I should know by today if it is in or not. So expecting them not to call today I called them asking about the refund email and no one knew what I was talking about or could help me. So I asked for the executives number so I could talk to them personally(I'm furious and threatening to sue the company at this point). The girl gave me a fake number because when I called no one answered and I actually looked up the Haier corporate number and it was completely

different. Finally I spoke to a guy named Jim who was The Director of customer service and he was surprised that we went through his long process since Oct. He was the only person who actually helped me with the refund and gave me his personal cell phone number and everything should anything go wrong.He also sent me a screenshot of the request form for documentation proof. We will have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund to be approved and sent to us, so well see what happens. But I feel motivated re comfortable that I now can get in touch with one of the corporate executives should things go left again. this is the corporate number for Haier if you're having issues don't waste time with customer service go straight for the big dogs they're obviously the only ones who can make things happen.

Haier products are a bad buy. I bought a Haier dehumidifier 6/20/12 at Walmart. Used it for 3 months, cleaned the bucket, covered it with box it came in. It was unplugged and stored 2ft. from where was used. April 8/13 took box off plugged it in, waited a day, no water. Next I called Haier, they would send a repair person 6/14, but that did not happen. After 2 more calls no repairs. Next they would send a replacement unit. More calls unit no longer made, sent them all info. requested by registered mail more money spent, more calls, They will send refund check 30 days. as of 10/22/13 no check, called today will send check in 30 days. I have made at least 13 calls, the e-mail address they gave me did not work. I am stuck with a defective product that I will most likely have to pay someone to make ready to recycle. I fell like they owe me for time and extra expenses. this is the worst service I have ever seen. Junk from China. DON'T BUY HAIER DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK

I recently purchased a small chest type freezer from HH Gregg in Ft Wayne, IN. At the time of the purchase there was a $10.00 rebate on this particular item. I filled in all the blanks and supplied what was requested and today I recieved a card informing me that you needed the original POP...too bad that wasn't stated on the form because we never had that POP...the freezer was delivered and the original packaging was removed and taken with the driver! I am not happy with this result and feel the rebate owed was stolen...good way to promote your product! I'll make sure I NEVER purchase your product again and will pass this information on to my friends as well!

Will not be buying Haier products. customer service is RIDICULOUSLY BAD! was promised a replacement TV for 2 months and 4 phone calls. Then when it didn't come, I called and they said they didn't have all of the info that they needed, and want me to start the process over. No one speaks good English, and they are obviously all reading responses from a book. They can actually read my previous phone calls with reps that say the TV is being sent--but argue that they don't have the correct papers. If it wasn't so frustrating it would be funny how bad this place is.

We purchased a Haier portable air conditioner from Target on 6/26/12. On 6/25/13 we got it out for use and it does not work. We had drained and cleaned and stored it as directed. We called service that evening and talked to Gabe. I was told that it was still under full warranty with in home service and he had sent an email to a oompany in our area that would call us on 6/27. My husband stayed in the house all day, no call. After five he called service back and they said the reason they didn't call was that the company refused to order. Shouldn't we have been called. She told him the within 72 hours a service rep would call. I waited till 7/2/13 figuring maybe 72 means business hrs. Called and talked to Tina. Didn't know why we weren't called but she would put a priority on it and we would be called in 72 hours. No call. I waited till 7/8 figuring with the 4th and a weekend i would give them the benefit of the doubt, talked to Rose she said we were to be called this coming Friday which is a long way from 72 hours. She said she would make sure some called me within 24 hours. I called around 7 last night, still no call. Our order model They have our home phone cell phones for both of us and my work number and we have answering machine. We are elderly and that is our only air conditioner. We need to know howq to get someone to take care of this. I have been patient with these people but am losing my temper that nothing has been done. It is going on 3 weeks. our email is [email protected]. I will be calling back to service tomorrow if I don't hear what is going to be done and I probably will not be nice. Just because we live in the country doesn't mean we don't deserve service.

Purchased a new Haier A/C 6/12/2013 and the remote doesn't work. Talked to the customer service people today and having to jump thru hoops to get a new remote. Phone calls in and out, Emails and still no assurance it will be done. For such a simple thing it is a pain in the behind. I am a retired business man and know it very simple to just ship it when a customer is already upset!! More time has been wasted by you and myself than the remote and shipping cost!

Appalling customer service. It has not been a year since I bought a refrigerator of Haier brand and the refrigerator is deflected, it barely cools my food and my food is spoiling. I have been calling the company for an entire week and the manager is rarely there to address my problems and the employers there are rude and say that they are unable to send someone to fix the refrigerator because where I live is "too far" for someone to fix the problem. I thought Haier "prided itself on being customer centric", apparently this is not the case.

Terrible products and even worse customer service. I bought a wine fridge from them. The display went blank before the warranty was up. That was 2 months ago. I have called them 7 times to try to get my replacement product. I sent all the necessary information. They keep saying it's the shipping dept's problem. I have had 4 people tell me that it is on "priority" and they will look into it and call me back. 2 of these 4 were supposedly supervisors. I did not receive a call back from any of those people. Finally I broke down and contacted Wal-Mart, from which this product was purchased. They overlooked their "90 day return rule" and are shipping me a replacement product at no charge. Funnily enough, Wal-Mart can ship me a Haier product, but Haier themselves can't. ??? Never will I buy a Haier product again.

Worst company ever! Bought a washer and drier 11/19/12. Finally got the washer replacement yesterday. It took almost 2 solid months! They have been dragging there feet, with broken promises for people to get back to me. The washing machine broke after 2 uses! Spend the extra few bucks and go with someone else! The only way I FINALLY got any where with anyone was to call the corporate number. Starts with a 503 area code. Start there!

What a waste of money!!!! I bough a washer from this company and it broke before the year was even up. The support team is absolutely no help!!!! Buy products from a different company, and don't waste your money on this one.

I concur with others. I bought a product from this manufacturer and will not buy another. I have written their product info group multiple times ([email protected]) for information to solve a problem, and have not even received an acknowledgement.

My Advice: DO NOT BUY HAIER PRODUCTS

Bought a 42 inch gave out in 1 year right as the warranty was up. Try to return could not get a live person, when I did gave me a hard time.I found a repair man in the States.Cost a lot to repair, 1 year latersame problem. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Bought a dehumidifier spent over $300.00 dollar for I t in six months it leaks water all over the floor called customer service what a joke people the lady was rude didn't want to warranty nothing they want to sell more of there junk I would not recommend teir products to my worst enemy its the biggest piece of junk I ever bought I purchased it at Lowes buyer beware

As a gift to our employee we sent away for a docking station.The unit didn't work.Sent it back vie FedX and nothing. Just called and they have no record of the product being received/returned. Now I have to run around and fix there problem. Thanks alot SEAN!!! Bonehead. NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!!!!!!

WORST WARRRANTY COMPANY EVER!!! Purchased a 32" tv..lasted 7 months! Its still under warranty but all i get is the run around. Terrible service. Do Not buy Haier products.Wish i would have researched first!

I bought an 11K BTU portable A/C unit last month. The unit hasn't worked properly yet. I started calling Haier 2 days after I received this product, and now it's a month later and I have no answers, no indication of how they will resolve this, and way too many hot nights cursing Haier and its abysmal customer service.

I've had 3 service windows with Haier and only one person showed up. He spent
more time looking at my chest than at my A/C unit.
