I bought an 11K BTU portable A/C unit last month. The unit hasn't worked properly yet. I started calling Haier 2 days after I received this product, and now it's a month later and I have no answers, no indication of how they will resolve this, and way too many hot nights cursing Haier and its abysmal customer service.

I've had 3 service windows with Haier and only one person showed up. He spent
more time looking at my chest than at my A/C unit.
