I purchased a 22" flat screen tv about a yr ago. the power cord which is really a transformer taking 120v ac to 12v dc @ 4 amps. stop working. It has been a nightmare trying to locate the power cordbecause of the 4 amp requirement.All the electronic storescarry 3 amp cords. It took days and five different phone numbers to locate someone who who good give me the part number. However, they did not have a depiction of it so I could not verify that it was correct and they have a no return policy. NEVER BUY A HAIER PRODUCT. THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

After reviewing other customer complaints about Haier's lack of support for it's customers, I would like to participate.
We purchased a 32" Haier LCD TV
Model L32F1120a recently, to use at our Summer cabin in Minnesota. The TV broke down in less than two months after it's purchase of date April 28 2012. Needless to say it is August 11th and Haier still hasn't sent the replacement part to the TV Technician. Summer in Minnesota lasts about 3 months (June, July, August)Thanks to Haier most of that time will be spent without a TV, "Sorry Grandkids" then again it could run into late Fall or ???
I would like to give out a WARNING to future customers who might be considering
buying a Haier TV (Buyer Beware)

Haier customer service is best. i have experienced two times in lahore. it is best and within 24 hours they come to check ur products and i lkie their product.

Atrocious, abysmal customer service. Dehumidifier under warranty went bad in May, less than 1 year old. Paperwork sent in, processed, approved, etc. Now it is late July and still no replacement unit. I have made repeated calls and always get the runaround. Does anyone know if there is any recourse? Should I report them to the BBB, my state's attorney general's office, or do I have to take them to court to force them to honor their warranty? Anyone know?

I had purchased Haier LCD CTV on 10 sept 2009.on 3 june 2012 the system stopped working on display account.Display was not seen.I immediately contacted toll free number and they registered my complaint with no JAI 126210041.Till than my problem not sorted out and i am feeling helpless though contacting daily with the service personnel.My model is L32A8A. I bought haier TV from after few month automatic closed my TV screen i made this complain to TV shop & costumer care after regular follow up reapair man came to my house and insure me i will come between 3 to 5 days and sought your problem but after 2 month my problem is not solve.i follow up regular by telephonic with dealer and gaziabad office but no solution everyday said me-we ll send TV part today or tomorrow.after 2 month that s part not reach till now...so please dont buy haier products any one they have not good & responsible costumer care

STOP!!!! Donot buy any Haier product I bought range hood from Lowes had to have service man come out 2 times but thay could not fix it I was told that thay was going to replace it that was the last I heard from them after repeat calls to there service center, was treated terrible for one week I called everyday and got a different answer each time thay told me that thay had shipped it never got it. I called back spoke with who i thought was a supervisor which later found out thay had no such name that i was given and the ticket number was not a real number. Now I have to start the whole process over. I called Lowes Corp office thay are going to take care of My hood range and install it for me. Lowes is investagating Haier and hopfully thay will drop their product. So for everyone out there NEVER buy any Haier product and pass this on to everyone you know.

This is the WORST company i have ever dealt with. They don't care about thier customers nor their servicers. I work for a tv repair shop and ever since we became Haier service center, wow, it has been alful. They sell a tv, the tv breaks down, and they force the customer to wait up to 3 months. That is alful . PLEASE LISTEN and dont purchase Haier products. They have the worst service. I reccomend everyone to stay away. All they do is cause problems. And this is coming from someone who does not even own Haier product.

I am beginning to believe the reviews. I bought a microwave about a year ago. It caught fire when I popped a bag of popcorn one evening. I sent it to Haier and this was about 8 weeks ago after relentless calls on my part for them to issue a call tag to pick up the microwave.. Once they recieve it they were suppose to ship a new one out .. I have not heard from them. I was told about a week ago that a new one would ship out in 3 days .. It's been a week and I have no product ..

Worst customer service and support ever!!! We have been without our chest freezer since March 30 2012. We purchased the freezer in Dec 2011 and it stopped working on March 30. They could not fix it and as of May 7 2012 we are still without a freezer!!! The last 2 they sent us were badly damaged from the factory. Poor customer service and even worse quality control. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Recieved broken parts of portable air conditioner. Tried to call customer service. I don't believe anyone works at this number. All you get is a recording saying all the operators are busy and they will be with you shortly. Called everyday and waited over an hour for the next available operator. None ever picked up the phone. Had phone on speaker phone from 1:15 pm until 3:30 and no available operators were available. Will not be buying anymore of there products!

I agree...Do not buy this product..A pig in a poke! Brand new heat pump and constantly need parts which you can only get from Haier..They are impossible to get ahold of...Ver shady outfit!!!!!

Tried for 10 days to reach someone to purchase a waterpump for my HLP21E washer (broke after 6 mo of light use - still under warranty, but I have no means to get machine to cervice center). Operator directed me to some voicemail box of some Susan Westervill (?sp), who never responded to me regardless of repeated voicemails. Also I been directed to voicemail box of Shad Gain (?sp) with same effect. Very poor service. DONT BUY HAIER - STUFF IS SHODDY MADE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

Bought a 7 cubic foot freezer in March, 2011. Plugged it in and turned it on in mid November. Within 5 days, it had stopped working and dumped its freon. Haier advised that they would send a return shipping slip so the unit could be repaired or replaced. No slip arrived. It's been over a month. When I was looking at LCD tv's, I specifically avoided Haier because of this experience.

I bought a Haier 32" LED TV in May 2011 and the experience has not been good. I called problem in Sept and finally got service call in Oct. Tech showed up and replaced part but did not fix problem. Was told I would be contacted...of course not. Repeated calls and followed the progress of their paper work up to "Corporate". Called them today (mid Nov - tired of waiting for them to contact me) and was told that they would send me a replacement when I sent mine in. Too bad I would pay for shipping. Wonder how long this will take? I thought I was getting a TV for the bedroom and all I got is bittermouth. No useful customer service and lousy return policies to introduce an unserviceable device into my household.

I bought a Harier Washer machine online three weeks ago. When it is delivered to me one week later, I found the drain hose is missing. Then I called their custom service but they can not provide any help on solving this small problem. I am very disappointed on their service. I called several times and still have not got the answer. It waster me a lot of time. I will consider return their product back. Will never buy their products. good luck to every one!!!!!!

I bought an Air Conditioner last summer from Walmart i bought the warrenty with it. It got struck by lighting tonight and walmart wont take it back. I have two small kids and can't go much longer in this heat, is there anything you can do?

My 89 year old mother sent her TV into Haier for warranty repair two months ago by mistake as the TV was a Toshiba brand. I have contacted corporate customer service multiple times to get the TV returned back and cannot get ARistotle (CS rep) to have the package ready for Fed Ex call tag pick up? It is simply maddening that after months and two call tags that I cannot get my mother's TV back from their facility?

Do not buy anything from this company! I placed a advance shipment for a TV and after 3 weeks I called. Ray the call center supervisor told me that they do nothing with your call until you call back with your reference number. So I asked him if I had waited 6 months the order would never have been sent to Corporate finance for a refund or a upgrade.

If you have a warranty call number then call everyday!

Just a heads up to everyone. I recently purchased a Haier TV , through the Refurb warehouse in Manhattan. When I got the Tv to the home and went to install the stand, I noticed that the screen was cracked. I immediately put it back in the box and returned it the following day. The response from the warehouse people sucked. They stated that they would not replace the TV nor give me a refund.
I emailed their customer service and informed them of the rudeness and displeasure I had in dealing with them. To date, the customer service hasn’t even returned my email, or phone calls. I will continue to fight, but thought I should give everyone a warning. Stick with the more popular brands, that actually care about
How their customers feel. I know I’ll boycott everything with the Haier brand name.
