On your bus number 6487 Milwaukee to Minneapolis. All the seats are cracked and look ghetto. First aisle seat we sat in leaned towards aisle kept sliding towards aisle. Changed to another set of ripped seats. Will drive fly or train next time. No complaints about driver he is doing excellent job

It's 12:05am and my bus was supposed to leave Indianapolis at 10:45. That bus was cancelled and now I have to sit in a bus station over 4 hours to catch the next bus and I'm not refunded my money? This company is ridiculous. I don't know how they are in business if this is how they treat people. If you need to be on time, spend the extra money and use a different form of transportation.

Yes my name is Johnny ausbun the action center in Lakewood Colorado brought me a bus ticket to Dumas Texas so I can go back home to Oklahoma... N I get here at the greyhound in Denver and they can't find my ticket when they got it for me that morning and they never gave me the reference number and now I'm stuck here in Denver Colorado call my cell or call Mike at the action center at please thank you...

My daughter was on her way home from school, the bus pulled over and did not inform the passengers of the delay. Apparently there was an additional bus that broke down. GThis is typical of greyhound

I usually have good experiences with greyhound. But today was ridiculous. I had a trip from Claremont,CA to San Diego, CA schedule to leave at 3:40 and arrive at 7:45. It is now 8:05 and I'm still sitting in Santa Ana station will probably another 2 to 3 depending on traffic. I'm beyond frustrated and restless at this point.First the initial bus arrived 40 minutes late. Which in turn made me miss my connecting bus in LA by seconds. We pulled up to the station at 5:05 and the bus was right there and proceed to leave even after telling your employee that was my connecting bus. Second I waited patiently for the next bus at 6:15 who decide to wait for others to arrive. And didn't depart until 6:30. This is the frustrating part how come there's no consistency. Why does one leave asap and the other wait an extra 15-20 minutes. Now by the time I arrive to my destination I will miss the event I was planning to go. Which was the whole point of this trip. I want a refund or some type of reimbursement. Unless this is your standard. Because if it is then I would like to know so in the future I can use more reliable forms of transportation.

I had the rudest bus driver on 11/5/15 coming out off Baltimore at 5:15. First I want to start he sat out there for 45 minutes not getting of the bust to receive it's until 5:30. I'm first in line with my mom and my grandson. My mom shows ticket when comes to me ask my grandson age I say 2. He looks through his papers doesn't find what he's looking for, goes to bus. 30 people in line with us the whole time we are waiting to see what's the problem. He shoves a paper in my face and says reads this. The paper states 2-11 pay with gurdian up to 2 can ride for free. Ok! I'm like what you could've said something instead of having a attitude and just pushing a paper in my face. Thais man was so rude I lost my cool I said sh..I know I shouldn't said a bad word. I'm not lettin her on the bus go take that baby on the next one she's not getting on this bus. I will be the first one to admit it I shouldn't ve said the bad word. But that man I don't know if he was drinking had a bad night but he was the rudest driver I ever encountered with greyhound. I ride frequently with you. You can look me up, Danise Reid. If you could can you please have a word with this driver or make sure he is ok, never saw such rudeness dealing with greyhound. Thank you

Well I was supposed to leave Las Vegas at 9:15am well they had a problem with the bus so we had to wait 1 1/2 hours, by the time we got to say bernandino, the 2:25 bus that I was suppose to take left on me, I asked the front desk they said sorry but your going to have to wait until 9pm, that screwed me up for laredo, Texas I missed an important meeting, that I can't get back so greyhound doesn't care about there clients, I've always had bad esperince with greyhound we got held back in Vegas for 1 1/2 hrs. Why couldn't they hold the bus in San bernandino, for the clients that's terrible terrible customer service, that's rotten as hell, you screwed my chances of a good deal greyhound bus lines.

Well I'll tell you I had a package shipped from Texas to Buffalo ny, and it got lost in New York City I called and called and called the helpline for over a week all day I finally got transferred from the helpline to somebody in New York City after being on holld for 20 mins, one person named Nandi silencioux actually went and look for the package I was on hold about 15 minutes and he came back just before I hung up I was getting very frustrated and he found it! Please give him a commendation as he went out of his way and he was the only one that really helped me. Even when it got the Buffalo the package the people there weren't to friendly or helpful the box was open but fortunately everything was there it was a bicycle very hard to miss. It really was a bad time but Nando came through.I don't mean to be mean and I never complain it's only for your benefit honestly.

Good day, my name is Ms. Nancy Gamble. I travel with Greyhound at least once a month or every 6 weeks. When I'm at the Greyhound station in Wilmington Delware, the customer always have a bad experience. The customers with a lay over to Philadelphia and if its after 11:00-11:30 p.m the customer assistance announces that the station will close at 11:00 or 11:30 p.m. the customers had to wait outside the building or go across the street to Amtack until the bus to Philadelphia came because she have to close the station . One time the customer assistant announced that the bus to Philadelphia was arriving, so we went outside to line up and it was after 11:30p.m. came to find out that it was not the Greyhound to Philadelphia and the customer assistant would not let the customers back in the building to wait for the Philadelphia bus. This was in the winter time. This is very POOR customer service. I would like to know how this situation will be resolved in the future? This station need to be under investigation for customer service and safe.

I would like to thank the Operations Manager (Juan M.) @ the Greyhound Bus Terminal in Houston TX. for his assistance in resolving a ticket matter I was having on Saturday February 14,2015 . He was very professional and very helpful.

Bus late, driver completely unhelpful and not intelligent enough to estimate arrival times after being on the road for hours, and couldn't care less about MY pick up plans at destination. Will never use Greyhound again, and actively discourage others.

Greyhound abandoned my daughter in New Haven, CT tonight! The fact that you left a 22 year old young woman waiting for a scheduled bus that NEVER showed up is a travesty. When I tried to find a person to speak with, all I found were taped messages that eventually told me that the offices were not open. I did speak with a gentleman in Central America who told me that she could get the next bus which would be the next morning. I will NEVER purchase a ticket from Peter Pan or Greyhound bus lines and strongly suggest that anyone who cares about safety do the same!

I am waiting to pick someone up from the station as i am writing this comment. The bus was suppose to arrive at 10:50pm. The bus broke dwn 2hrs away and they have yet to send out another one. I am very fustrated at this point because no one is answering from the station, so i can find out what's going on and they are suppose to be open 24hrs(thats what the website states). Im sure this will be the first and last.

My trip was going good into I got into SC they told us to step off the bus so they can clean the bus then 30 minutes pass still no call for reboared then after another 30 minutes pass they lady tell is the driver isn't here then she tell us two hours later they haven't heard anything from the driving so we are stuck in Fayetteville Into they get a driver I suppose to be in savannah at 9am but no driving how can I get there I hate grey hound I will never buy a ticket from them again the worst service I ever had
