First called Sarasota Fla. to get rates on a box I wanted to ship.

Called for two days never answered the phone. than called denton Tx.greyhound were I wanted the box to be shipped, all I got was a busy signal. Haven't heard a busy signal for 30 years. Than called the for customer service was on hold for more then 10 minutes. Hungup. Do they really want to stay in business ??????????

I took 2 Greyhound trips in 2 weeks (I know I'm brave I had too much baggage for airline rates). On the first leg the first driver was late and the connecting bus was so late and I ended up losing 50% on a car rental reservation.

Second trip started out late and every connecting bus was subsequently late. They put my luggage on the wrong bus. The kicker was on the last leg (Houston to SF) the contracted bus broke down along the Angeles National forest and the driver said to call someone to pick you up or wait 4 hours for a replacement).

The fact that Greyhound does not allow refunds based on customer satisfaction and missed connections is a joke.

Worst customer service ever!!!! They never answer the phone,when they did after 34 min. I was told to call back! I have called 7 times & no one will answer. Pushing 7 when the recording begins does not work, it says invalid response. I have never ridden on a bus before & will dam sure never ride on one again! These people are probably all ex prison inmates running this company because they don't know how to treat people, don't have any customer service skills, are rude & most are pretty dam stupid!!! You suck Greyhound!!!

My son is traving on a greyhound bus to Memphis TN. The bus he is presently on has been stranded for over 24 hours. The people on the bus have been given several excuses as to why they haven't received any assistance in the matter. My son is a college student and suppose to be in class this am. What bothers me is the fact when I call Greyhound Coporate Office the totally dismissed my concerns, and gave me another number to call and I was told the only deal with the complaint after the travel was over. This is unacceptable to me as a consumer. I will be contacting the BBB. A word of advice I would find other means of travel before using Greyhound.

Took my 85 year old father down to office in Norfolk, Va. Quite a few low income passangers and a diverse group from differnt countries. Before departure, a security guard instructed everyone he would personally be rummaging through every carry on bag. He had a rude tough guy attitude, and a gun.. So, most humored him and let him do his thing. I wonder why, Greyhound doesn't have az x-ray machine... But, what really upset me, was the poor young man behind us. He was an immigrant from Africa and did not speak English. He looked at the guard with terror and tried to make him understand he could not speak English. He guard said.. "What do you mean, you don't understand? I just stood up here and explained it, what are you, STUDPID~! Then..I (a privledge white lady_) said.. Hey, he just told you he doesn't speak English. The gaurd said, Oh well, I sure don't speak his language. I told him to have respect. The young man was terrified. He was timid and afraid. I realize you might not care, but have to tell you and everyone else I can about this. Shame, Shame Shame, Greyhound. If you are going to allow someone to have a loaded gun, train him to respect your customers.

I totally feel your pain. My daughter was stranded in NYC with no one to help. They also have the rudest employees ever.

Ok people something must be done this is ridiculous the worst experience ever riding greyhound from md to wy columbus ohio and chicago Illinois are the worst stops on the route got stuck in Chicago because of weather for three days and went to a motel then tryin to call to find status of buses found that the people who work for greyhound wer hangin up on me when I called ......worst service ever

I got on a nice clean bus in Nampa Idaho , headed for Sacramento, I transferred in Portland , had about an hour lay over there, the bus from Portland had been sitting there since I had arrived , I boarded the bus it smelled horrible a lot of the seats were broken , filthy not dirty fn filthy. So I sit In my broken seat , the bus next to me backs out of the stall Imagine to take its passengers to thier destinations . After the bus pulled out i saw a cart full of cleaning supplies , of course I can't imagine why this bus is so fn filthy , it's Been sitting here longer than I have and it's not even been touched by any kind of cleansers . Bad business in my opinion. You people need to get your priorities straight . The bus can stay running for over an hour just waiting for its passengers but not be clean for them this is outrageous .

My young dauther purchased a ticket to East Lansing MI over a month ago from Lexington Ky, She arrived at the Lexington Station 2 hrs before that there were not enough seats for all the ticket holders she is now STRANDED in the bus station. I intent to contact an attorney and SUE you if anything happens to her.

This company needs to be out of business. My daughter who missed her bus was told to pay an extra $20 and she could get on the next bus. This was not true. They were rude and even told my daughter to go back where she came from, apparently they believe everyone who rides the bus is scum or a drug addict. Everytime we called their office they would hang up. What kind of ghetto business are they running.

I will never ever ride greyhound the so call new bus the seats are so close its like sardines packed in a can. You cant move your legs at all. I came from las vegas to dallas. This was the worst trip ive ever taken. Yall know these seats are too close together i want a refund.

I came from San Antonio Texas...They lost my bags an it has been almost three months already since they been missing. I honestly feel as they think their not responsible but what am I to do with out my clothe..The other valuables don't matter. I need my clothe.

The bus left my son in new mexico, he is traveling to va, I cant reach anyone except the disability line and they cant help me!! If anything happens to my son, I fully intend to hire as many lawyers as it takes to sue you!!!!!!!!!!!

It was suppose to have been a three hr bus ride that has turned into a four hr trip. I don't understand how your our driver, but has no clue on how to get out of San Antonio. I drift to sleep to only wake up to still being in San Antonio on side of the road, with you on the phone asking for directions. Not only did you wake me up, but you delayed my plans an hr and fifteen min. as if U didn't care. I don't know this driver but if your representing this company, Howdy. I have called Greyhound customer service more than three times attempting to get a voucher for a ticket that had not been redeemed. in June, Mr Robinson who assured me that I could have the voucher sent out in the passengers name is no longer with the company, per the woman I spoke with last week. I spoke with Mrs. Brown today and she was rude and did not want to continue talking to me. Now I have to wait for a supervisor to call me back. I keep getting the run around. I will never do business with Greyhound again and I will rather buy a plane ticket that was only about 20.00 more than Greyhound was. Lesson learned the hard way. Thank you so much for the lack of service greyhound $200 is a hard pill to swallow.

This is a TERRIBLE company to speak to. Their customer service is laughable! I filed multiple complaints and even submitted to BBB. They talk down to you, offer no solutions, and corporate does not answer. Their website is misguiding and advertising something they do not offer. I will never use Greyhound again. A very bad company indeed.

This company is NOT customer friendly at all. Some of their employees are rude and will hang up the phone on you. Their professionalism is horrible and it should be mandated they attend training on how to assist the general public. I have been waiting close to 90 days for a returned canceled/ticket they claimed was mailed. I never received any form of reimbursement as of date. Is there someone out there that can share their story of an ending result. This is unacceptable. Assigning a Customer ID should be for the sole purpose of tracking any recent activities. It is apparent there are none or why call?. This is BAD BUSINESS.

Customer Service via telephone is non-existent. Called Corporate Office, Houston Main Bus Station, Beaumont/Vidor Bus Station. None would answer phone. Corporate & Houston had recordings that said "the number you called is not available". Beaumont/Vidor station just let the phone ring 2 dozen times then hung it up. This was all during advertised business hours.

This company has the rudest and most awful customer service of any company I have ever seen. Just extremely jerky and no regard for their customers whatsoever. I will never use greyhound again.

Customer service is atrocious. There is no regard for the customer. The phone system is a circus. You will be put on hold forever! If you have the stamina to hold on, good luck. You are taking your chances traveling with this company. They don't keep track of their passengers. My son never made it to New York and I can't get anywhere with this company. I can't get any information. I am at my wits end and there is no one to help me. If anyone is reading this from the company please help me. Text me a message where I cantact you to get information

7 hours I tried, to place a credit card order online. But, since the ticket wasn't for me, but my wife I couldn't fond anyway to verify if she could pick it up where she wad ay. Good thing I didn't guy until I spoke to someone or they would have charged me an extra 110 $$$.
Now, once again two weeks later. No one to speak with. No way to tell if my wife made it on to get bus safely in los angeles. Ill never use greyhound again and will tell the same to every person in my family.

Someday your bus drivers wont be able to hide behind the police. Someday someone is going to get so fed up with there rudeness and nastiness
and then theres going to be an old fashioned school yard ass whooping and if im there im going to be rooting for the customer and if I am in a really good mood im gonna help cause somethings ARE worth going to jail for. We pay GOOD money and deal with the lay overs and delays and then we got to deal with bus drivers that scream at us, threaten to throw us off in the middle of nowhere over the stupidest reasons. Either get new bus drivers that actually likes working with the public, get them laid so maybe they will be a little bit more tolerable or by god himself deal with the consequences when someone gets fed up enough. Your not the only one that can do a lawsuit. I hope Mega Bus once they expand puts your sorry asses out of business. Wouldnt hurt my feelings at all. And I dont care if you reject this email it still wont hide our voices word of mouth and other websites who wont hide the truth works wonders

The worst customer service and the worst bus service, to he rescheduled and stuck in state for 10 hrs because you can't schedule correctly is ridiculous 1400 tickets and rude disrespectful drivers

Does anyone ever get a real person? They hang up on you after your 25 minute wait. I also tried the corporate number and sat in phone tree hell.

Not even eBay has such horrible service. I'm just trying to find out where the (overdue) bus stops since it's a train station. How does this company stay alive with such HORRIBLE customer service? Next time, I'll just take the plane.
