It's 12:05am and my bus was supposed to leave Indianapolis at 10:45. That bus was cancelled and now I have to sit in a bus station over 4 hours to catch the next bus and I'm not refunded my money? This company is ridiculous. I don't know how they are in business if this is how they treat people. If you need to be on time, spend the extra money and use a different form of transportation.
