Good day, my name is Ms. Nancy Gamble. I travel with Greyhound at least once a month or every 6 weeks. When I'm at the Greyhound station in Wilmington Delware, the customer always have a bad experience. The customers with a lay over to Philadelphia and if its after 11:00-11:30 p.m the customer assistance announces that the station will close at 11:00 or 11:30 p.m. the customers had to wait outside the building or go across the street to Amtack until the bus to Philadelphia came because she have to close the station . One time the customer assistant announced that the bus to Philadelphia was arriving, so we went outside to line up and it was after 11:30p.m. came to find out that it was not the Greyhound to Philadelphia and the customer assistant would not let the customers back in the building to wait for the Philadelphia bus. This was in the winter time. This is very POOR customer service. I would like to know how this situation will be resolved in the future? This station need to be under investigation for customer service and safe.
