Why do the employees at Full Tilt Poker refuse to help a customer? Over last several days I have tried to attain help from employees at full tilt, emailing back forth back and forth has Not worked, Yet they refuse to call, when they themselves asked for my phone number.....Truly never had to deal with type of Incompetence! All I wanted to know is how to log back in after downloading updated version of full tilt.

I have had a Full Tilt Poker Account for several years with over $5 million in Play Money chips. Today, I could not log into my account and I was asked to enter my Poker Stars Account info. and the Logon said that I will be able to play as my Full Tilt Poker Account! NOT TRUE. I WISH SOMEBODY WOULD CLEAR THIS UP AS I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY AT POKER STARS!

Hello I am from australia and want to withdraw funds however it says I need a 9 number account number but my account number is only 6 numbers so it won't let me withdraw how do I go about doing this

This Site Is A Joke !!! No One Returns My Messages And The Phone Number Is Fake> This Cannot Be Legal. Also Your Site Doesnt Let You Transfer Funds As Advertised! There Are Soo Many More Complaints I Have But I Will Save Them For The Sepina.
