Poor customer service. Calls to their customer service line reaches a telephone prompt that simply hangs up on you. I can't even get an answer or support for a simple issue. I'll just buy my books at Indigo moving forward.

this company are really worst i ever meet. i order the book online. it has been one month already, but i still did get my order. it cost me 50 dollars. i all many time the phone number, but i can not able to connect to customer service directly.

Been trying for over an hour many methods to ship daughters order to her and it's not working. It says billing and shipping don't match. She's away at school so it won't match.

It is unacceptable that we cannot contact anyone about an order that was placed on June 14th and shipped on June 15th. We have only seen the amount taken out of the checking account but not tracking information and no book.
