U r fortunate that i was home this morning when the ice maker in my frigidaiare started to flood the house. Hopefully there will b no damage, but clearly a two year old refrigerator model lfht1817lw9 which floods the house is defective. It was an amazing amount of water from such a small source. U need to design additional safety features to stop this from happening. This could have easily destroyed the kitchen, dry wall, carpeting, etc.

I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this email.

I purchased a refrigerator from Recker and Boerger in Montgomery area odf Cincinnati, Ohio
Mark Wolf the sales representative did not warn us of damage done during shipping. I was told the door would be repaired after we got it in place we discovered the freezer door was damaged as well.(We will need another freezer door or another refrigerator).
When the new door arrived the paperwork said it was Stainless ours is White.
When we call the Recker and Boeger offices we get an automated system that does not allow us to speak to anyone.
This sales rep. is a disgrace to all sales people and if this is Frigidair and/or Recker and Boeger style?
I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

I have had 2 different service companies out to fix a warranty problem on a refrigerator/freezer and they cannot fix the issue. The freezer drawers will not hold the food without falling out. The Frigidaire Technical Support keeps suggesting fixes that do not and will not work.

The rails and not coming away from the inside of the unit. The repair people say this cannot be fixed however your customer service wants to keep sending out service people.

This is ridiculous.

It needs to be replaced ans the interior walls are way to wide.

First I would like to say thank you to Ms.Eukephia for outstanding customer service, for helping us with our issue, regarding our refrigerator purchase less than a year ago. Your customer service is highly appreciated.

Recall on microwaves plastic handle that break off at bottom, what a price of cheap crap! I read so many reviews and they all mentioned plastic handle breaks. I demand Frigadaire replaces at no charge. Stand by your product, we always bought Frigadaire and if you want to keep our business, replace. I am not paying $100 or your 10% your company is offering

We purchased a Frigidaire Professional gas stove from Colders in Wisconsin at the end of August '15. 2.5 weeks ago the oven stopped working and the control panel showed what appeared to be an error code. I pulled the manual out and could not find any error code listings so called the 800 customer service number in the manual. The 800 number went to a Sears technician who said he didn't know why their number was in this manual and couldn't help with Colders sales.
I called the Colders customer service number thinking I was getting a local Colders representative and basically had the representative argue with me telling me that once sold Colders doesn't stand by the Frigidaire product nor service it, it's my problem and even though in the warranty I'm supposed to figure out the problem with Frigidaire technicians. Finally found a local vendor who serviced Frigidaire but couldn't come out for 4 days. This Technician had to call Frigidaire to check the code errors and order two new control panels that weren't 'talking' with each other any more.
After no oven for 2.5 weeks, remember this is only 4 months old, it's fixed. One control panel was brand new and the other control panel looked to be a rebuild repackaged to look like the new one.
The lesson we learned is to not trust Colders when they say they are going to stand by your purchase--the store manager debated with me what he could and didn't have to do, and then did call Frigidaire and was told the parts are on the way. Not true one arrived and one was two days later adding to the time of no oven to use.
We've not had a follow up call from Colders or Frigidaire to see how this has progressed.
The other lesson we learned is to not trust the manufacturer to send a new part out as they want the 'broken' parts sent back so they can rebuild them and make them seem like it's a new part.
We will not buy another Frigidaire product nor purchase from Colders again.
We will buy from smaller companies that sell and service the products they sell.

I bought a coffee maker 10/2013 (expensive ~$80). By 6/2014 it stopped brewing.
Customer service was very good, replaced coffee maker 7/3/2014. Sunday morning with out if town guests waiting for coffee, the coffee maker just did not brew. Clearly, quality control is not a strong point in this "made in China" product. They're all made in China, why spend all this money if the product is a throw away.
I will NEVER buy a Fridgedair product again.

I called Frigidaire customer service regarding a problem with our 8 month old refrigerator. The freezer door won't close tight as the magnet/gasket is coming off. There are areas of the refrigerator door where the gasket is starting to come off also. The refrigerator is still under warranty and customer service said they are calling a company and I will be contacted by them in not more than 2 days - but no one called. I called customer servoce again and I was given another company to call. I contacted this company and they gave me a schedule but no one showed up on the promised date. I tried calling this company that day to check if he was still coming, but no response at all. And i have to take the afternoon off from work so as to be home at the promised time (window.) I contacted Frigidaire again and they got another company. This time the technician/owner who reached out to me was arrogant and seemed like he did not want to do the work - maybe because it is a warraty job. So, I told him forget it. I called the first company that Fridgidaire originally contacted and was able to talk to a secretary. She got all my information and was told that a technician will contact me in 24 hours, but no one ever did. I followed it up and and talked to the same woman but ther ewas no record of my first conversation with her, and even not admitting that she was the one I talked to earlier.I have to give the information again and was promised again that someone will contact me. I am still waiting!!!

Grew up with Frigidaire products. Products were known to be of quality and priced right. During the past four years I have purchased two new Frigidaire products. Both the refrigerator and stove failed in some way immediately after the first year of ownership. I have spoken with several friends who have had similar experiences. We all agree that the company no longer stands behind its product. I have decided never to purchase another product manufactured by Frigidaire.

Do not ever buy a Frigidaire appliance. The glass fell out of my oven door and parts are not available. I am stuck between multiple people all saying not their problem. Customer service is a dead art, but I guess I'll have a flower planter like no other in the neighborhood.

Do not buy a Frigidaire appliance. Our stove blew up after only 2 months of use, taking out all of the power to the of our home and I'm having a horrible time trying to get Fridigaire to repair or replace the defective stove. I can't even get them to send out an appliance technician. We called a Master Electrician to our home. He was able to restore power to the rest of the home but said the stove was irreparably damaged. Since the stove is under warranty, I expected Frigidaire to send someone out to the home to verify the initial diagnosis and take action to get us a new stove. Multiple calls to the customer service/warranty department have yielded only one answer. We don't have anyone available to provide service in your area. We will get back to you when we find someone. I have called all of the appliance service companies that operate in a 20 mile radius of our home. They all say that they are certified and approved to repair Frigidaire appliances, but would not provide service under the warranty program and if I hire someone myself, that will void the warranty and Fridigaire will not replace the defective stove. So, my hands are tied and the only response I can get from Frigidaire is that they are "following their processes. Meanwhile, we have no stove and no apparent hope of getting one.
