My husband and I had rented a premium SUV for our aon's wedding in Dallas in early July. I would like to commend Cameron Glass and Shannon Alexander of Enterprise Leasing at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. Even though Cameron was not our representative, he picked up that we were not being shown the car we thought we had reserved and came over to help. The representative we did have just didn't seem to care and Cameron did. He and Shannon found a SUV that was more what we were expecting and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Excellent service by those two!!!!!

I call today and had to hold about 15minutes or more before anyone pick up finally a young man did and then he told me to hold on again after I told what I was calling for another almose twenty minutes past so I gather my 15m grand and 4 month up and got in my car while this recording still playing to go to enterprize on st baranbas rd temple hill md when I almost there the young finally pick the phone up I was furious he said they were busy.. Really!!!! So unprofessional but a recordind saying you treat your customer's the way they like. I don't think so. No receipt for return, everything was done on the young lady laptop ao I thought when she close me out it would come thru rhe same way. I had $100.00 hold on my credit which I was told it take 3days at least to return it back. The guy was like you can still come in and we will give you a receipt. I am so done with enterprise right now for the people they hire and the poor customer service.

Awful Experience With Enterprise On Friday, July 29th. Made Reserv. With Reserv. Desk, Confirmed The Time I Would Be Picked, When I Called The Local Rental Office (highland, Indiana) To Cofnirm Pick Up Time, Not Only Were They Not Aware Of My Reserv. They Were Rude And Brash And Told Me They Didn't Have Time To Talk On The Phone Because They Had Customers -- What Am I? I Had No Other Form Of Transportation, I Waited In The Rain For Hours Until A Relative Could Pick Me Up. I Depended On Enterprise To Honor Their Pickup Motto. It Seems The Reserv. Desk Is Not Aware Of Each Locations Pickup Range/mile Limit And The Customer Is Stuck In The Middle With Misinformation And Stranded! I Called The Reserv. Desk Again To Explore Other Options And I Was Told To Take A Taxi To The Location Since They Weren't Willing To Come Pick Me Up --really Enterprise!!! Your Motto Of "we Will Pick You Up" Is Limited - Your Locations Need Retraining On Customer Service And Honoring What You Advertise! I Will Be Sharing This Information On Blogs, Fb, Twitter And Every Other Social Media Resource Possible!!

I rented a car at the hamilton NJ location. Julian was rude when I got the car and David was very rude when I left the car. They have a agreement with Marazzo's Auto Service. You can leave the rental with Marazzo Auto Service but you do not receive any paperwork saying the car was returned and is in good condition. When I called David he said if anything happened to the car after I drop it off and before they picked it up I would be responsible. That makes no sense. When I questioned David about this procedure he stated, "We never had a problem with it before". I said, "If you dropped off a rental car wouldn't you want paperwork showing it was done?" He did not respond but did make condescending remarks to me. I would never use Enterprise again. I would deter anybody I know from using Enterprise.

Ft. Lauderdale, Airport Office is the worse ever!
There aren't enough employees. If you get a live body your breathing.... if they get you to the correct department, kiss the ground.

Great experience renting from Federal Road, Danbury, CT, location. George was extremely accommodating with my request to pick up the vehicle a day earlier than the original reservation date.
Vehicle was very clean and George even took the time to show me how everything in the vehicle worked (stereo, wipers, parking brake etc.)

I have a reservation today at 7:30am and was supposed to be picked up. Everytime I call, it sends me to hold for the next available agent and comes back and says, "Sorry memory full call back later." So what am I supposed to do if you never answered the phone??? Absolute disregard of the customer.

Enterprise has been good to us but right now we are disappointed in the service who wanted to rent a car from June 30 to July 5 why do we have to pay for the fourth if you guys are close

Never will rent from you again. Went through checking baggage, TSA, and a 25 minute flight delay to wait on a pilot only to land in Las Vegas to wait in a line with one clerk to walk to another area to recheck in and stand in a parking garage in 99 degree heat to wait again for a rental car that was paid for and an hour later we left the airport. Oh, did the agent ask us if we knew how to get where we were going, NO. Will make sure all my face book friends and business contacts know not to use enterprise. Would you not think it would be busy with world poker toursment, miss USA, and people just on business with it being the first weekend of summer not to have ample help. One very unhappy customer. Oh and just think we still have to return this car. Better leave the night before to make sure we make our flight.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Jamboree Newport Beach don't deal with her go about her she'll treat you like trash
she'll tell you that I think your crazy I called earlier they said the other vehicle ready for me to trade it in for another vehicle that I rented I get there she looks at me like I'm nuts I ain't going home with the same vehicle after I drove all the way from my home in Garden Grove to Newport Beach I was livid so be wary about the manager there she does not help you out as a matter fact she makes it sound like you're the one who's got the problem

Was not pleased with outcome of rental return. I needed a ride after to pick up my car from shop no more than 1/2 mile in which they declined saying that they were to close to closing. Mine you, full staff and drivers were still there and serving return vehicles.This is very apathetic customer service and does not stand by their advertisement,too busy thinking of themselves and their own needs.

I was on a trip to Las Vegas this weekend when my car broke down I took it to firestone who had stated they probably wouldn't have it fixed until after 4pm. ask if there was somewhere I could get a car from as I have thing that needed done. I was picked up by Miguel and Kenneth who were very nice and respectful and took me to your . Amanda had me in a car and the door in no time, allowing me to go on with my day. I would like to make a shout out to your three employees for their excellent service., professionalize and for turning my bad situation into a good experience. Alice Garcia

BEWARE
Everyone was very friendly, but within a week they took out 233.92 from my account without my authorization. After a lot of headache and double talk, they refunded 70.00

Could your company check to see if I had left a clip board in my rental from When I returned the vehicle on Tuesday. Kaneohe location was where I picked up the rental, a Nissan Altima.

I returned my car on Monday April 11th and my credit card was charged Tuesday April 12th and posted with my bank. The next day ANOTHER pending charge for $67 showed up, which is still pending on my account today, April 16th. I had a horrible experience in the Quaker Lane Warwick RI 02886 location. My bank said they put through another charge and I am leaving for London in 3 days to use this specific credit card. Now I have to constantly monitor this $67 pending charge, WHEN ENTERPRISE ALREADY HAS MY MONEY. I owe them nothing and when I called they were not willing to speak with my bank, and my bank was willing to remove the pending charge if enterprise would just speak with them and tell them it was not a legit charge. Horrible customer service over the phone as well!!!!! I will never deal with this company again, and I will warn all my friends and family against them!

The staff at Enterprise rent- a - car are not trustworthy. The are very dishonest. They speak to you very rude and disrespectful. I recognize a liar and deceit. Customers beware, they misrepresent, lie and steal.

I rented a car from Enterprise at 4911 Dixie Highway 40216. The Branch Manager Landon and his crew are wonderful. I have had two dealings with Landon this month and he has been great each time. My Honda Fit is on recall and they said it would not be fixed until mid-summer. I am very nervous about being responsible for someone's car. He took me to the car, showed me how everything worked and said he would stay with me until I was comfortable. The second time which was today, I had to bring this car back and get a different one. He unloaded everything from the car and put it into the new one and turned the AC on for me and plug in my phone cord. Landon and his crew dressed so nice and all were friendly. They are all keepers! Thank you so much for having Landon there to help people.

Hello I am an Exclusive plus member. O had a shocking and offensive time with the Manager at the Winchester Ave branch and the Pearl Ave branch in San Jose one Ca. "Tim" at Winchester told us it's ok to rent with a award letter from S.S.I. and an internet bill. They were late to pick us up. Then transfered us to Pearl branch and Manager denied our paperwork. "Noah" took us back home. As I got out of SUV he yelled at me and touched my behind ans quickly left laughing. He said he will never rent to me. I did not yell I told him nothing bad.

Yes I would like to file a complaint on the enterprise office in bishop california. The representative told me no job no rental car which I thought was discrimination and I did have proof of employment which was unemployment still a proof of income and I feel embarrassed I have been member since 2010 and I didn't like the way they treated me and I feel that the way the representative treated me was not right. I wish they had told me what they consider as income and not embarrass me. So I didn't like the customer service

My name is Stacy Teele and my honda CR-Z was recalled 1 month after I bought it because of the airbag. That to me was not an issue. My issue is yesterday April 7,2016 I went to return my rental car to Enterprise and was speaking to a young man and told him that something was wrong with the transmission and also the exhaust and every time I drove the car the back seat SLAMMED into me while I was driving and with all that is wrong with the car I do not feel safe. Right after I said that the branch Manager for the Chelmsford Massachusetts site started to laugh at me. Oh, by the way her name is Christine, I looked over and said do you find something funny.
She said sarcastically YES, what I find funny is that you didn't even know to latch the back seat. Well, I said I didn't realize that, that was my job since enterprise is supposed to have great customer service and go over the entire car with me before I drive off with it. Christine just laughed some more and walked away. the gentleman that I was talking to in the beginning gave me great customer service but didn't work for the Chelmsford branch. I am DISGUSTED by the Lack of training in customer service at Enterprise rent a car in Chelmsford Mass. This woman should be FIRED for laughing at me. I am SHOCKED that she is also the BRANCH MANAGER for that site.

Picked up car that I reserved a month ago.I reserved a standard size car and they gave me a Ford Expedition a fuel eater. I own a car that big I needed with low miles per gallion they had a month I get car from them four times a year are going to do the same to me june.very disappointed

On 27 Feb, I rented a 2016 Chevy Impala from Enterprise rental, General Booth Blvd, Virginia Beach Va, and planned to drive to Worcester Massachusetts to attend the funeral of my brother. I picked up the car, which badly needed a washing, and proceeded to Worcester with my three sons. One son who rode in the back seat noticed that both side pockets were filled with trash and that someone had spilled a drink in the cup holder in the side console. He cleaned up the mess and we proceeded to our destinataion. On the retsurn trip the engine warning light and oil light came on. I informed the rental agent upon my return to Virginia Beach. When I first contacted the agent I told them that I was a retired military officer, a member of AARP and AAA. Don't know if I received a discount for the rental. Maybe I should have checked all these problems before I took the car, but I was too upset to think clearly due to the death of my brother. I have rented from Enterprise before and was pleased with my previous experiences. After this recent episode, I do not know if I will use Enterprise again for my rental car needs. What has happened to Enterprise Customer service?!? We reserved an intermediate SUV online and received a call in the morning saying they didn't have one but found a van. We went to the location and asked for a discount for the now hour inconvenience AND the van vs. SUV. The girl who was fine on the phone took a snotty teenager attitude shouting across the room that a van is twice as much as an SUV! They really didn't care anymore about customer service! We've rented vehicles from you several times for our son and ourselves and our daughter worked for Enterprise some years back. We couldn't believe how we were treated and didn't feel good about renting from you so we left. Your online service should at least add a comment that the vehicle may not be available! And why that girl had to rudely snap back by our asking for a discount. Poor example for Enterprise customer service!

Last three car rentals with
Enterprize. Reservations for a compact at 8:am. (1) Arrived at 8am, several costumers were waiting, service was quick and professional. 8:30,car is available but it's not a compact, they're giving me a "FREE UP GRADE" "it's a good deal!", they say. (2) Repeat of (1) "FREE UP GRADE" 'it's a good deal!", so l should be grateful? (3) I arrive and see a compact car, thinking it's mine. A Customer is a head of me, she didn't reserve a car and wanted a van. I walk outside, compact is washed and parked. The customer who didn't reserve a car and wanted a van got the compact!
So, there I stand, it's 8:40am,and
Tony, approaches me, your maxima is almost ready,"it's a good deal"
Tony is a nice young man and very accommodating, no complaints. I
didn't like the car it was a gas hog (reason for compact) and a message that never went away:CAR
MANTIENCE, EXIT! I was not happy
and what i expressed upon return.
Guess what was said? you got a
"FREE UP GRADE" My thought, yes, I know how you operate. He offered to take subtract money from bill.
"Nope" was my reply. Can we give you a ride? "Nope" was my reply.
My final thought,can't you arrive a little early, look at days schedule, and mark reserved cars.
This happened, weekend of March,4-6,2016. Enterprize,Beach Blvd.,
Buena Park, Ca.
