I spend all night trying to change my flight time from
Krakow to Rome. Your employee kept me on line for
hours unable to help me. They said that my 2 tickets
are non changeable tickets even Fare Rules said that
airlines did not put any restriction on THIS flight.
When I tried to change time of the flight it even showed
me information about fees for changing flight.
On my e-ticket I see a note that this booking is subject to your Privacy Policy and your Terms and Conditions. It does not say that tickets are non changeable.
Because of that I was forced to by 2 new tickets.
I am want you to refund $ 514,60 for my 2 tickets
what I am not going to use.
