I spend all night trying to change my flight time from

Krakow to Rome. Your employee kept me on line for

hours unable to help me. They said that my 2 tickets

are non changeable tickets even Fare Rules said that

airlines did not put any restriction on THIS flight.

When I tried to change time of the flight it even showed

me information about fees for changing flight.

On my e-ticket I see a note that this booking is subject to your Privacy Policy and your Terms and Conditions. It does not say that tickets are non changeable.

Because of that I was forced to by 2 new tickets.

I am want you to refund $ 514,60 for my 2 tickets

what I am not going to use.

I will never use this venue to purchase a ticket again. I spent one hour trying to get in touch with a customer service representative. I never reached a person. I will pay the extra money next time. And I am telling everybody I know everywhere to never ever use this service. Ever. All over the internet.

I made the mistake of my life by buying a flight ticket at cheapticket. The customer service is inexistant and I bought a fake ticket for vegas. My money is gone because I did not tale time to read what others have written about this whole scam that is called cheapticket.

They took my money for 4 flights on United Airlines for which I picked reasonable non-middle seats.

The itinerary I was emailed by Cheap Tickets had crappy middle seats on 3 flights and "seat will be assigned at check-in" on the 4th.

I called United Airlines and was basically told "That's what you get for using Cheap Tickets."

I called Cheap Tickets numersou times, every time reaching someone in India that I could barely understand, and who lacked sufficient grasp of the English language to comprehend the nature of the problem.

What is is they say ... "Possession is 90% of the law; but 100% if its possesion of the money."

bought the ticket to Rome, I try to go on my account with the password that was given to me, that's impossible, we do not recognize the password when I have questions ask about shipping and how to add a wealth of 15-20 kg baggage? All given do not allow me to go on my account, help me to find an answer, because my travel approche.J 've already the number of booking

my name is Karen Burkart, and I just made a flight with cheaptickets, from Kaohsuing, Taiwan to Hong Kong on August 14 , and returning on August 14 , and it said it was confirmed and sending me confirmation, this was hours ago and have received nothing yet.

With any flight I try to book via cheaptickets.com it got the notice: As flight availability can change rapidly based on traveler demand, the flight that you have selected is no longer available. Please make another selection.
What's the point of having this site if tickets can't be booked?

Nine girlfriends and I booked a trip to Miami for a birthday celebration. This required us to book three rooms. I booked my hotel room through Cheaptickets/Orbitz, while the other two rooms were booked through Expedia by someone else in our party. Unfortunately, a week and a half before our trip, I learned that the hotel we had booked was being shut down by the Fire Marshall immediately due to ongoing renovations. The girls who booked the two rooms through Expedia called them immediately to get this issue resolved. Expedia upgraded these girls to two rooms in a 5-star hotel called the Fountainbleau without any additional cost to them. As soon as I found out about the situation, I called Cheaptickets/Orbitz to get my room changed. It took four different phone calls for a total of 5.5 hours on the phone to try and get this problem resolved – 1 hour with an employee, 3 hours with a supervisor, Nadia, and another 1.5 hours with a manager, Claudia. How sad that neither of these persons in a supervisory position cared about not separating our group. When I mentioned what Expedia did, and that I didn’t want to be separated from my party, Cheaptickets/Orbitz would only place me in a comparable hotel, The Holiday Inn, which was originally booked. The Holiday Inn is 20 blocks from our original hotel, which was right in the heart of South Beach. Earlier in the day, Fontainbleau had comparable prices to the Holiday Inn so I could not understand why they wouldn’t want to satisfy their customer. However, they were too focused on ensuring I would be placed in the same star hotel that was originally booked. Cheaptickets/Orbitz did not care about the inconvenience this may have caused us, nor did they care to match what their direct competitor did. I’m not comparing apples to oranges with these two travel agencies – they are direct competitors! Stay away from Cheaptickets/Orbitz!

LOL what so crazy is that I been on hold for 38mins when I started reading the comments. They told me a 15min wait and now its going on 43 mins now all Im waiting on is a rep to get on the phone and be loud with me and hang up.. all Im trying to do is push my flight back a day which probably going to cost me 250.00. They really do sucks when it comes down to they customer service. LoL guees who anwer the phone ... 50 mins later...

I have tried on 3 separate occations to get a reciept for a flight on June 11 from Spokane to Portland. I was told each time that it would take 24-48 hours before it was emailed to me. 2 weeks later and I still don't have it!
I think you need to change your page to "NO Customer service". This is the second time I have had this problem. I will not use your service again.

It robbed my money. I booked a flight from Shanghai to Seattle. And it charged me $931 even though I failed to book the ticket! And its customer service eighter didn't deal with the case or was unreachable! Wish this company to go hell in the near future! I'm considering to seek to law for the case.

I waited over 20 min. on hold and then got disconnected by either the rep or their system after exchanging a few words. I don't have whole day to waste on waiting. No support email address listed. Luckily I didn't call from abroad.

on my account whenever I put my flight preferences,departure city and then I put save. I check if it saved and it always changes my city from PTY (panama city) to NYC.
if it is not available as a city preference then why have it as an option?

Hi There,

I need urgent help. I have purchased a round trip ticket from BKK to Hong Kong last week. Cheap Ticket has charged me but I have never received a flight confirmation but instead an email from teh customer service asking me to fill in a form with my credit card details alomng with a copy of my card in order to validate my flight?? They mentioned I have done 2 x bookings (1 paid - 1 was pending),and mentioned I would get money refund 3 to 5 business days. Up to now, I havent received anything and CS is being silent. I am flying this coming Friday and no one would answer my email..Cheap Ticket, if you do receive this msg, please get back to me.
I am now also worried, it seems like I have sent my bank comtact details to an irresponsible and unreliable company.
This is for the first time in my life I exprience such an issue although I have travelled countless times for business and leisure.

I am a frustrated with u seeing that when i ordered my ticket with my maiden name and asked u if u could change the last name on my ticket. You said i do not need to and if i got all the proper documentation it will be no hassle. United said i had to change my last name with all the proper documentation and charged me 50 dollars. U said it would be no hassle.

NOT SO CHEAP PHONE BILL after speaking with "customer service"... and i'm just trying to adjust my flight after sustaining a serious knee injury. i talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held all day yesterday. and guess what, NOTHING GOT CHANGED!

I'm literally on hold, AGAIN (2nd DAY) and they lady told me there were no notes to adjust the flights for today to saturday. i told them, I'M seeing a doctor today and even if it's bad, a few days to let the swelling go down and i can make it.

I am ranting into the wind.. why am i wasting my time here????????????????????????????

pay a little more to avoid speaking to people in Manilla. not only will your cell bill triple for the month, all they want to do is sugar coat a we'll take care of this for you..... you just have to fill out another form, get doc. info. submit a urinalysis, take a DNA sample....

I tried to make a reservation from Cheaptickets, always showed me that I failed. After several attempts, I quitted. Then I tried to buy something from internet I realized that my credit card account is blocked. When I called the bank they told me that there is security concern of my transaction with Cheaptickets. They told me that cheaptickets is already charged from my account. Then I called several times Cheaptickets customer services, no one opened. After I waited one hour I talked one customer service operator, she told me that there is no transaction. Then after half hour I called again customer service I told them to my bank is telling me cheaptickets already transfered money from my credit card account. After ten minutes she confirmed me that yes transaction happened but ticket was issued. So asked me to do it again but they refund my money minimum five days. What kind of company is this. No service but they charged. I am thinking going to open court file against the cheap tickets

I booked a trip to Baltimore with cheap tickets and at the end of the reservation I received an error message that reservation could not be completed. The next day I booked another reservation to Baltimore but tjis time I was routed to philidelphia instead to Chicago they says it's not a duplicate reservation. They are trying to say that it's not a duplicate so I basically I lose the cost of the ticket.
