see it in their name....??? CHAEP. CHEAP. CHEAP. cheap service. cheap customer service. NOT SO CHEAP PHONE BILL after speaking with "customer service"... and i'm just trying to adjust my flight after sustaining a serious knee injury. i talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held, talked, and held all day yesterday. and guess what, NOTHING GOT CHANGED!

I'm literally on hold, AGAIN (2nd DAY) and they lady told me there were no notes to adjust the flights for today to saturday. i told them, I'M seeing a doctor today and even if it's bad, a few days to let the swelling go down and i can make it.

I am ranting into the wind.. why am i wasting my time here????????????????????????????
