My bow flex machine constantly says it's paused and the display of time , calories doesn't work.

Hi Approximately a week ago, I called and spoke to a Customer Service Rep. I asked to send me a owner's manual for my TC10 model. I was told it would be in the mail. I have received nothing to date. Please respond by email. Also Please put manual into the mail to:

My tc5000 stops suddenly while using,i recalibrated twice, and it succesfully passed, and it still stoppping after 9 minutes,what else can i try to fix it?
