At purchasing a new gas dryer I was informed that you will deliver and hook up as well as take the old one away. When they arrived they said they could not unhook the gas so I did and left it to my wife. They left with out hooking it to the gas line and just instructed my wife to screw it to this hole. Now it not hooked up and they took my old regulator that was on the line. What in GOD's name would instruct a woman how to hook a gas line!? AND NOW I have no way to reach customer service! The robot hung up on me.

Unhappy with Best Buys delivery service, PRO - arrived on time, CON - they did not understand me nor I understand them, they tried to take my old washer pastel (throwing all items in draw on floor not neatly), when I explained this is not part of washer they did not understand, they said the new washer would not fit (I explained it was mine and it would fit, this took about 10 minutes of conversation), they did not level the washer, check for water leaks, connect hoses correctly, they did not leave the wrench to adjust leveling feet, the 4 caps to cover shipping bolt holes, elbow bracket to secure drain hose or the non skid pads. I called Best Buy store where I purchased washer to explain my concern, she transferred me to delivery manager who transferred me to parts manager. I could not understand the part manager well, he checked for the parts that were missing and could only find me the shipping bolt caps. His advice, washer order is less then 15 days of purchase, call store have them order new washer and set up a date to have second washer delivered and have first one taken back. This phone call started 12:50PM and went to 1:33PM to get no resolve All I need is the wrench, bolt covers, elbow bracket and skid pads, his information seemed extreme. I was going to buy my son an Apple Mac Pro laptop from Best Buy, but I do not think so now, if this is how Best Buy treats a small problem and turns it into a big mess. Please restore my confidence

Don't waste your time!! I've been trying to set-up a meeting with a TV Expert for a pretty large home theatre purchase. After a few complaints I Gave up trying! I e-mailed GM -Bryan--Nothing! I sent Customer complaint only to receive back a Textbook Message from a person that would only identify themselves a "Fleur".. No full name!

Hello I hope someone can help me out.i went to best buy in hawthorne on Saturday to upgrade my iPhone . I waited for a long time , but it's ok I know how busy they get. Ernie the manager helped me out and told me to come back on Monday so I can do the upgrade since no one is available to help me on saturdsy.I made an appt for Monday afternoon . I was supposed to get the iPhone 6 plus in gold .it was on sale on Saturday for $249.99 for 64 g . He said he will give it to me for the sale price on Monday since no one can help me on sat. When I was there monday I was so excited to get my phone they made me wait for an hour and told me that they don't have it anymore. The guy that was helping me just told me to go somewhere else. just like that I told him if I can go to another store. He said to go to torrance because they have 11 available . Now I am trying to get the iPhone 6 plus in torrance , but it's not a sale price anymore and I don't know someone there that can help me out , my questions can someone please help ma and give it to me for the price that I was told that I'm getting . I've been waiting today someone told me that they will get back to me , but they never did. Thanks so much for listening

I live in Hialeah FL. I have bought TV'S COMPUTERS and tablets from the best buy off Okeechobee and the palmeto xway, I went on a trip to orlando and my grandson lost or missed place his tablet, any way my wife has been trying to call and has been placed on hold every time .I got home and try to call and was put on hold for40minutes till I gave up,THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
all I wanted was to ask about the extended warranty, if it was covered for theft or loss.my question would have taken 1minute.Wow mabe it's time to go to TIGER DIRECTcuase apparently you guy's don't need my money or my companies money. unbelievable

Just a little FYI
Best buy does not employ people or persons with disabilities. It does not matter how knowledgeable the person is, they simply will not give them a chance.

I just got off the phone with a person by the name of Theresa at your corporate office in customer service. I explained my concern and she was fantasticaly helpful. It was a pleasure talking with her and resolving the problem. My first communication was with phone AND IT WAS HORRIBLE I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HALF OF THE SEVEN people i was switched to and none of them could help me. I finally spoke to a supervisor and that was as bad as speaking to the seven others.I decided to call corporate and THERESA resolved the issue in no time. You need more people on your staff that knows what they are doing. She should be praised.

I received a ipad air 2 for Christmas, I took it back to Best Buy for help retreiving info from my old ipad. I waited an hour for tech support upon being told it would cost me $100.00 I said just tell me how to do it they replied that will be $39.99. After paying $800. something you would think they could help you out I was so upset I returned the ipad and they asked if something was wrong with it so I proceeded to tell them what I had encountered. The girl waiting on me was on her phone answering calls telling others they had calls, then another gal came up and had a hole in her shirt sleeve they started talking and not waiting on me. . I got upset and said I would like my money back sometime today. Customer service was terrible, they dont care if they help you or not. I will never return to that store again. I went across the street to walmart bought the same ipad for $200. less and they told me how to sync my ipad FOR FREE. While at the checkout a man behind me made a comment he just came from bestbuy and they would not even acknowledge him.. How sad we live in this time where customers are crap

Best buy has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am trying to schedule a free haul away of a large TV, which was part of my contract. Going on 3 days of constant calling and waiting. I even have the manager's number ..no answer ever! Calling the store and I am put on hold with no one ever answering. Finally called the corporate number...waited while I got to speak to someone who said they had to transfer me..oh and guess what.. Disconnected!

Dear Ms. Sartor,

Since 12/4/14, I called Best Buy 20 times and asked to send technical support to replace the electric range you delivered on 12/4/14. The Deliveryman said that Best Buy will call soon and send someone to replace the range and left the new range. However, no one has called me since 12/4/14 although I am willing to pay for the replacement, although the salesperson in the store told me that it is electric, just plug out old one and plug in new range - it is so easy, you don't need any tool/part. Could you please arrange sending someone to replace ranges and take old one out?

We shopped at the Short Pump (Richmond) VA store today 11/20/14, and were helped by Andre in the TV department. I don't normally look to review sales associates, but he was so good, I just felt like I had to. He was attentive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful -- everything. Just wanted someone to know how much we appreciated him!
We didn't purchase anything but will be going back to do so.

I am a very unhappy customer. It's over an online purchase. In the past week to 10 days, I have spent approximately 4 hours collectively being tossed around by your customer service department. Twice I have been shipped the wrong item. I'm still sitting here with out the item I want. Wht? Because no one at customer service can communicate with your shipping department to correct that a vol 2 cd is either replacing or mixed in with a first volume cd. All your man power and my own over a $6.00 cher cd.

Your customer service phone system is dropping calls, also, where I call back and have to start over.

So you sell phone systems, but lack ability to have a working one for yourself?

Your customers service reps don't have access to solve incorrect shipments, yet that's one if their responsibilities?

And, your policy is to only give a store credit??? Why would a customer want to be put in that position again???

Please give me s viable, productive solution to this nightmare of what should be a basic101 customer service skill and ability to help your customers.

I tried to get into my account for over 1 hour.

The site sent the same verification code twice and then said it was wrong

then asked for a new password and froze. When trying to come back in I was told I needed a new verification code.

I tried to call. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and was told try again in 24 hours.



After 24 hours I attempted to purchase 6 different refrigerators all "on sale" after placing each in my basket and proceeding to check out I was notified each time that the item was not available in my area.



I have surrendered and will stop by HHGREG on my way home today.

Best Buy has again managed to avoid a sale and lose an elite plus customer.

i have never in my life had an experience with a customer service phone number. I was on hold for an hour. then I went to the the Levittown store and there was nobody there. the employees were all on there cell phones standing around doing nothing. never again will I go to best buy.

I have never had a good experience when it comes to dealing with returns or exchanges at Best Buy. I experience excellent customer service when PURCHASING items, but the attitude of the staff completely changes the minute I give them my cash. The two times that I had to return my purchases, the customer service reps were rude,short tempered and not helpful at all. Today I tried to return or exchange a ROKU box that i have had for 13 months, I was told that I had to do this thru the manufacturer. I was obviously confused because i purchased this item at the Best Buy store that I was at, and having had the item for such a short period of time, one would think that the customer service rep would do whatever possible to help and replace the item and ensure my satisfaction. Instead I was told that there was nothing they could do, they don't ensure the longevity of items sold within the store and that I could buy another one or deal with my problem elsewhere. 13 months is not a long life span for an expensive electronic, especially for one that has hardly been used. The fact that there this company accepts zero responsibility for the items it sells, combined with the dismissive and rude attitude of the staff has forced me to make the decision to never shop here again. I have never had a problem making returns at other stores, I have always been treated with respect and shown general concern for my satisfaction at other stores, so the treatment I have received at Best Buy has completely turned me away from coming here again.. After leaving, I drove 15 miles across town to a Radio Shack to purchase another Roku device rather than spend another dime at Best Buy. I was 100% satisfied with my experience at Radio Shack, it was worth the drive across town.

Today I learned of an incident regarding the outrageous racist behavior of an associate in one of your stores. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from your company, but if you stand idly by and do nothing regarding this incident I will take my business elsewhere. Best Buy Customer Service Sucks Big Time!!!!! The 1888-237-8289 Is Not For Customers. Call This Number If You Want To Just Ruin Your Day!
So Rude So Not Good!!!! Nobody Was Even Trying To Help And Will Pass You To 5 Different People Because No One Wants To Take Care Of A Valid Return.

So Disappointed!!!! Best Buy Should Do Something About This Or They Will Close.

My dealing with the manager of the store is wye we as a family will never buy from them again, customer service never calls back and when they do you have the call the manufacture and LG is one of the worsted they take months to fix the problem most of the appliance stores discontinued selling the LG product for that reason

I've never had so much trouble paying a bill before. After three transfers, zero help, and a lot of frustration, I still didn't get the service or answers I needed. Beyond upset with this entire experience; one card I definitely am closing out and never using again.

I just had a good experience with the Westfield, IN Best Buy Store #490. My husband & I recently purchased a 70" inch TV, a surround sound system & all the necessary wires, etc. We were given the impression that we would receive 3D glasses with the TV but after opening the TV box we realized they were not included. I returned to the store to inquire about the glasses. Because of the miscommunication/misunderstanding they gave us (2) 3D glasses for free. I was impressed with their response and will return there for future purchases.
