I tried to get into my account for over 1 hour.

The site sent the same verification code twice and then said it was wrong

then asked for a new password and froze. When trying to come back in I was told I needed a new verification code.

I tried to call. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and was told try again in 24 hours.



After 24 hours I attempted to purchase 6 different refrigerators all "on sale" after placing each in my basket and proceeding to check out I was notified each time that the item was not available in my area.



I have surrendered and will stop by HHGREG on my way home today.

Best Buy has again managed to avoid a sale and lose an elite plus customer.
