This is a long story, I'm totally frustrated

About a year ago I've purchased Acrobat Adobe Standard XI. My computer crashed, lost all software. I chat few times with your support, sent me times and again the wrong link to the lost product, couldn't install it. I've tried by phone, it says no support (by the way - you've published that you have Hebrew support, it's in the Internet, does not exist). Tried again by phone, they've asked me to wait on the line and... it disconnected. I'm describing it in short, but it was a long, totally unsuccessful story.



Meanwhile, I've downloaded your new Cloud PDF, very satisfied. I've chat and called again to see either i can upgrade from my XI to Cloud - couldn't get any reasonable, satisfying answer .



So, I'm without my already purchased XI, probably lost these $400 already paid, and with no other solution, wasting time and gets bad support.



Here is what I want:

First priority: To upgrade to Cloud PDF, by using my license to XI, or

Second priority: To have the correct link to my old XI (emphasizing: the correct link)



So help me god, I'm totally frustrated.

Horrible. We Are On A Deadline And Your Product Just Loses All The Tools. What Good Is It. Sit On A Chat While They Tell You Hi And Hi Again. No Help No Phone Number Nothing. For What, $20 A Month.

I have been all over the Internet looking for a number to talk to a person or email. Been at this two hours.
How can a company sell a product without easy support.
Wish there was an alternative.

Adobe really sucks!!! I've been trying to resolve a problem for 5 hrs. I have chated, spoken to half of India and finally was put on hold for 58 minutes!! this is awful, unprofessional and very disappointing. I will never buy another adobe product again.

Adobe really values their customers... An improvement would be to send all support requests to the Monkey cage at the Bronx Zoo.. Make it happen Adobe.

ADOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. Can't reach anyone by phone or email. Was just billed $25.31 on credit card for Adobe product which I don't recognize. If Adobe bills me for something they should at least have the courtesy to send me an email telling me what they are billing me for! I've been on hold for half an hour trying to reach a CS rep. There is NO EMAIL address to contact them - just Adobe forums. This is ridiculous. Products are great, but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE!

I need help - I purchased adobe with my credit card and put in the wrong email address so now I can not verify the account. I put in and should have used so someone else will be able to log in and use my account if they verify and reset the password. how can I get the correct email address changed when I can not log in?

help I was purchasing Adobe create word document with PDF document and I put in the incorrect email address so I can not verify the account and get logged in. I used r so someone else is getting your verification email so I can not verify and can not log in as I can not verify the account

wow...Adobe photoshop customer service sucks...my images are printing the wrong sizes so i decide to call for help and after waiting with music i finally talk a heavy accented ARAB who i could not understand then he just randomly hangs up so i call back and ask to speak to a supervisor and he TOO is a language deficient ARAB with real experience with photoshop...I think adobe customer service is one of the worse iv ever felt with in my life it is absolutely horrible

Why Adobe calls it Customer Service? There isn't such. 45 minutes on the phone waiting and listening music after 3 hours looping around web pages of Adobe to try to simply get a Serial Number after purchasing Photoshop Elements. Soooooo frustrating. Nothing works. Too bad I have spent money on Adobe product. Never again. Never.

My adobe flash will not download and my shockwave will not work. A tab keeps coming up telling me to update flash player but I can't. PLEASE help

I am not sure that Adobe HAS a customer service! I spent 2 1/2 hours chasing links thru the main website trying to find a phone number for an issue that apparently can't be fixed online, finally found a number thru another site, and then couldnt get anybody to answer the phone.



In case anybody actually reads this, I need to change the email address on my account. I no longer have access to it and I don't have the password to login to Adobe to change the email. I have the registration email, but to get a new password, you would be sending the reset code to the email that I no longer have access to. I have lost the serial number to lightroom program and my hard drive crashed. I have the setup program, but not serial number. Please help!

Waited 35 minutes for someone who would not identify himself nor his badge number then for ten minutes could not answer the following error "Acrobat does not allow connection to: or in other words I can't thing with my new hewitt-packard printer because of adobe's program.

Could not help with me with resetting password for Digital ID/Signature in Adobe Acrobat. Kept asking for my serial number. Never addressed my problem and spent 30 minutes effectively telling me nothing could be done without my serial number. It's a company computer and university site license. How about just addressing the general way to do a password reset or delete/create new ID. I solved the problem on my own without any help from Chat. Worst chat service and customer service I have experienced for a very long time. Even the cable company is better.

Terrible. Spent 30 minutes asking me basic questions after I'd already explained it, then for my serial number for Acrobat for a company computer. In that time, I finally solved the problem myself digging around on the web and Acrobat.

I just spent 1 hour on the phone. I spoke with one service person who said he would connect me with another. After 45 mins. waiting for that person I finally hung up. Friday the same thing happened 90 mins. and I had to leave to pick up my daughter. Two and a half hours wasting my time on the phone and my problem isn't solved. Total disrespect for Adobe customers! Hey Dumbasses (sorry that was profanity, but not too bad)
I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ON YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOU ARE GIVING ME LOUSY SERVICE. WAKE UP!!!!!!

Technical support - It has been over 3 hours since my call back and I am on hold still on two different phones.
What is the issue with customer support. It will be easier not to support adobe just return the products and buy a competitor product. No one ever gets back onto the phone or after a few hours they disconnect and you have to start the process all over again with the same results.

ADOBE Sales folks do not know how to spell. I have sent them several "chats" to correct my last name and they can't seem to spell it correct. It is a sign that the folks are not very particular about the quality of what they write.

I purchased a box copy of Illustrator CS6 in Feb 2013. I have never received any notice of free upgrades for my copy. Are there any that should have received or that I should buy to keep up to date with the newer monthy rentals?

I have randomly been charged $119.21 for something that I did not purchase from Adobe. I tried online support on Sunday for help and they told me to call the customer service number on Monday. As seen in posts below, there is no way that you can actually speak to a person using this number. I tried to go to the live chat section on the web site and it won't allow me to chat but requires that I sign in - apparently they know who I am. I am pissed!!! This is theft!

this was by far the worst experience with customer service which is non-existent waited hours to be told to go on forums for help
on a scale of 1 to 10 I give adobe - 3
