I spoke to customer service yesterday about setting me up with auto pay. I had a very difficult time understanding him as he spoke very quickly. Besides that he kept saying my incorrect payment figure. After giving him all my information and saying it was all set up he said he needed to do it with my debit card instead. At that point I became suspicious and told him I changed my mind. I have always done auto pay for my vehicles and never had this much trouble setting it up. I will be calling again today to make sure they won't be taking anything out of my bank account.
