I returned a Back Track GPS to the warranty department. I followed instructions accordingly as described in manual. I have emailed Customer Service and they replied as to call there One Eight Hundred #. I have called for about 3 weeks on numerous occasions. I have been on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time. Emailing Customer Service is a joke! They pass the buck by telling you to call CS. I am now without a Back Track thanks to the Bushnell Company!!
