The worst experience I ever had with booking online. The information about property on vrbo.com was not accurate, the owner asked for additional charges not mentioned on site and therefore a contract was not signed and reservation was cancelled. Deposit was refunded only partially and I am after a month still in debate between Vrbo customer relations and property owner that claims he has not received any money.
Case still open, outrageous and unprofessional behavior!
