I have a 6 month old whirlpool refrigerator that is not cooling properly. After contacting whirlpool I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hrs. Five days later whirlpool calls back and says they have no one in my area to fix fridge and that I have to find my own repairman, have him diagnose the problem, then I have to contact whirlppool again to order parts and after repair is done whirlpool will reimburse me no more than $150 no matter what it costs if I mail them receipt for repairs.
I am very disappointed in Whirlpool and will never buy another appliance from them unless they contact me and take care of this warranty issue. I will also be leaving bad reviews anywhere I can and also will try to contact main office to get this resolved.
