I did not get my full balloon order on 3-1-2017.The manager or whoever waited on my son. They were bought and paid for. The number 9 was not in the packaage, and paid for a balloon bag that I never received. Since January with the Grandkids Birthdays there has been a problem. I work customer service so I know how to respect the business. In January the order was not ready, in Febuary the line was 10 deep and no one helped the girl behind the counter a ex employee walked in and was answering the phone and said that is why she quit no one will help.I had to wait 22 minutes while getting my balloon order while no one helped this young lady.And she was taking everybody in front of me. In March here I paid for the number 9 balloon the manager says it was not. They have a lot of issues in Fenton and not friendly at all. Word of mouth goes a long way and u know just one person here but I will not be back not will my family. I spent I know I spent 180.00 there in last 3 months not again in this store I hope the other store would treat you better. Janine Turnbull
