I live in a senior citizen community on Rogers Court in West Babylon NY where the zip code is 11704 and the person who delivers papers to my neighbors blasts his car radio each time he delivers here and as he delivers papers the door is left open. Several times me and my neighbors have been awakened in the middle of the night. There is no reason for his rudeness and lack of courtesy.PLEASE HAVE HIM STOP IMMEDIATELY.
